I. Basic Information on the Internet
During the period from March 7-8, 2020, the internet news
information on "COVID-19" shows a wave-declining trend and
the data shows a "high-low-high-low" development trend. There
are a total of 482,200 pieces of COVID-19-related information
spread on eight types of media, particularly, there are 125,921
pieces on News, 66,676 pieces on Weibo, 37,231 pieces on
WeChat official accounts, 249,115 pieces on overseas social
media, 2,751 pieces on forums, 294 pieces on print media, and
212 pieces on blogs.
