The Project: Brief & Programme ▪ Design a T-shirt that promotes Pride, the LGBTQ+ community and the importance of inclusion – Be creative, daring, bold and exciting! Each design should incorporate your organisation’s brand and the Link logo ▪ Each organisation will be asked to assign a team with a designated team lead/POC for all comms. In many instances this will be the existing Pride committee or LGBTQ+ ERGs. ▪ You can run this project internally as a competition, ask for voluntary entries or assign a team to come up with the design. It is up to you to decide how the project will best get traction and visibility within the company whilst using the opportunity to promote Pride. You will receive 25 T-shirts printed with your chosen winning design as a thank you and there is the opportunity to order more products should you want to. ▪ We encourage you to take photographs of your people, including key leadership, wearing the T-shirts which can be used as part of the comms campaign both internally as well externally on: Link Instagram, Link website, LinkedIn and for PR and press purposes. There will be a Marketing and PR campaign that runs throughout the programme promoting the project and the sponsors run by leading PR company Perfect Cartel. ▪ Your winning design will be submitted into the UK wide project. Supplementary photographs of your team wearing the T-shirts can also be submitted along with the design. ▪ The designs will be judged by a leading UK fashion designer and the winning team will receive a fabulous prize from one of our sponsors. The winning design will also be used for the Pride parade in September providing this goes ahead as planned. ▪ A significant proportion of the profits generated from this project will be donated to LGBTQ+ charities to support projects they need to deliver. ▪ Regulation permitting, the event will culminate in presentation of some of the best designs and the winning design at a drinks party and presentation. Invitations come as part of our Platinum and Diamond packages or can be purchased separately. sheffieldhaworth.com 3 ‹#›
