InPost - the leader among delivery platforms for e-commerce in Europe - has
launched a specialized Office24 Parcel Locker® in Toruń. It allows residents to
deal with official matters without the need to enter the building and have direct
contact with officials. Documents can be sent to the Parcel Locker® TOR25M
Wały gen. Sikorskiego 25 from any Parcel Locker® in Toruń and its vicinity, and
residents are notified via the InPost application, email, and/or SMS that they can
collect the documents. More devices are planned - InPost is in talks with many
other cities and boroughs.

The InPost Office 24 service is available in Gorzów Wielkopolski, Gdynia, Kraków, Kalisz,
Słubice, Dąbrowa Górnicza, and Izabelin, and at county offices in Nowy Targ, Wolsztyn,
Chojnice, Pruszków, Brodnica, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Wołomin, Koszalin, and Lubań.

What matters can be handled via the Parcel Locker at the Toruń City Hall?

Driving license:
     •    placing a driving license in deposit;
     •    submitting the original documents from medical and psychological examinations and
          re-education courses;
     •    information from training centres about courses starting;
     •    submitting certificates of instructors courses completion.
     •    Cases in which the applicants may submit applications via a Parcel Locker, but must
          appear in person to receive the decisions and documents: concerning a driver
          candidate profile

Vehicle registration:
     •    notification of the sale / purchase of a vehicle (application and description of the case,
     •    obtaining a duplicate of the registration certificate in case it is lost
     •    obtaining a duplicate of the registration certificate in the event of its destruction
     •    obtaining a duplicate of the vehicle card
     •    obtaining duplicates of license plates
     •    obtaining a control sticker
     •    obtaining an additional plate for the trunk
     •    making an annotation in the registration certificate: tow-bar, L, GAS, TAXI
     •    Cases in which the applicant may submit an application and the decision will be sent
          by post to the applicant's address:
              o de-registering a vehicle due to disassembly (scrapping)
              o de-registering a vehicle due to theft
     •    Cases in which the applicant may submit an application via a Parcel Locker, but must
          appear in person to receive the decision and documents:
             o registering a new vehicle
             o registration of a used vehicle imported from abroad
             o registration of a used vehicle purchased in Poland
             o temporary vehicle registration

    The carbon footprint calculator indicates that if traditional home courier deliveries were
replaced with Parcel Locker® deliveries, the reduction of CO2 emissions could reach even
75%. Delivering a package to an InPost device releases at least 0,35 kg less CO2 into the
atmosphere with each shipment. This makes InPost the most environmentally neutral provider
of logistics services.

In 2020 InPost implemented a new, revolutionary service allowing
users to send parcels via the application. They are dispatched from
InPost Parcel Lockers® - to another Parcel Locker® or to a home
address. There is no need to stick a shipping label on the parcel - all
one needs is a QR code or posting code generated in the application.
Shipping can be paid for using a BLIK code. Further payment options
will appear in the application at the beginning of 2021: credit card, pay-
by-link, Apple Pay, Google Pay. The status of the shipment can, of
course, be tracked in the application, but also via the inpost.pl website
in the "Parcel tracking" section and by using the chatbot by entering
the 24digit parcel number. Thanks to the application, several parcels
can be picked up by several people at the same time from one Parcel
Locker®, without having to queue. The InPost Mobile application can be downloaded from
Google Play, the App Store, and Huawei AppGallery. The InPost Mobile application already
has 5,7 million active users.

Users can also contact InPost using the Google Assistant. The conversation begins with calling
a bot called ChatBot Mat with the phrase "Talk to InPost". Customers can ask, among others,
for the status of a shipment, the nearest Parcel Locker®, as well as (this is a new feature) the
courier's phone number. The same Bot is also available on Messenger, with all its
functionalities.
InPost has also introduced the "Weekend Shipment" service, because of the growing demand
for Parcel Locker services. It enables deliveries to Parcel Lockers® on Saturdays and Sundays
- the cost of the service is PLN 4.99 gross. As part of the "Weekend Shipment" service, parcels
are delivered to customers over the weekend, if they are sent (i.e. placed in a Parcel Locker®
or handed off at at PUDO point, or an order is placed for collection by a courier) by 1:00 pm
on Saturday.

    The number of Parcel Lockers® (over (11000 devices in Poland) is already more than
double the number of Poczta Polska's post offices (4600). InPost Parcel Lockers® are
also available in Poland at the following store chains: Dino, Lidl, Kaufland, Eurocash
Group's Delikatesy Centrum, and Auchan Shopping Centers. InPost has also signed a
contract with the Auchan store chain for the supply of Refrigerated Parcel Lockers. The
functionalities of InPost's Refrigerated Parcel Lockers allow customers to safely store and
receive food, drinks, and frozen goods ordered on-line at Auchan Direct. According to research
conducted by Kantar TNS, as many as 40% of on-line shoppers want to pick up their groceries
at InPost Parcel Lockers®.
In addition, InPost - responding to the market demand - has launched InDoor Parcel Lockers®,
designed specifically for installation inside buildings. Thanks to InDoor Parcel Lockers®,
property owners provide their residents and tenants with the most advantageous and popular
option for picking up their purchases. At the same time, they attract local residents to a given
location - which allows shops and services to generate additional profits.

    According to the Gemius report, Parcel Lockers® are the most frequently chosen form
of delivery - they have overtaken courier services. This type of delivery is the preferred
option for as many as 61% of on-line buyers. This amounts to an increase in the
popularity of the service among Internet users by as much as 9 percentage points
compared to results reported for 2019. For the first time in history, Parcel Lockers®
exceeded the popularity of courier deliveries, which were used by 55% of respondents - this is
the first result of this type in the world. In addition, as many as 68% of respondents declare
that the possibility of receiving purchases from InPost's devices motivates them to buy in a
given on-line store - this is an increase of 7 percentage points every year.

    InPost has been a leader in renting warehouse space in Poland since 2019. Last year, the
company leased a total of 107 950 m², which is 4% of the total net demand in the country.
InPost was also a leader in the CEP industry in terms of space put into use in 2019 - a total of
57 m² - which puts it ahead of DHL and Poczta Polska. The locations opened by InPost in 2019
position the company in the Top 3 of the most active e-commerce entities on the warehouse
logistics market - InPost is second only to Amazon and Zalando, global e-commerce giants.

fleet with 40 new Nissan e-NV200 XL Voltia vehicles and has announced the purchase of
more. The cars have a range of up to 200 km in the city, 8m³ of cargo space, and a load
