When You’re Baggage Assistance On Board Whether you’re traveling on NCL’s Air/Sea Program or traveling independently, you are responsible for claiming your luggage at your airline’s baggage claim area. Airport porters and self-service luggage carts are available at all airports to help make things easier. Porter service is also available at each pier during embarkation and disembarkation. Oh, by the way, there’s a customary tip for porters: $1 a bag ($2 a bag in New York). Gratuities are the guest’s responsibility. Please be sure each piece of luggage has a luggage tag listing your name, ship and stateroom number. You’ll find luggage tags in your ticket jacket. What time is dinner? Promptly at whatever o’clock.
