I Passed on the 23rd day of July, 2021 Chapter 2, Zoning Districts and Official Zoning Map, of the Island Lake Village Code
ORDINANCE 1631-21 An Ordinance Amending Title 9, Chapter 2, Zoning Districts and Official Zoning Map, of the Island Lake Village Code WHEREAS, the Village of Island Lake is an Illinois municipal corporation in Lake and McHemy Counties and pursuant to the Illinois Municipal Code, the Village has the authority to modify the official Village Code; and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees desires to amend the provisions of the Island Lake Village Code regarding permitted land uses to provide for a summary chart of new and existing allowable permitted and special land uses by zoning district; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Island Lake, Lake and McHemy Counties, Illinois, as follows: SECTION 1: Title 9, Zoning Regulations, Chapter 2, Zoning Districts and Official Zoning Map, shall be amended, adding a section 9-2-5, as follows: 9-2-5 ALLOWABLE LAND USAGES BY DISTRICT The following chart constitutes allowable land uses, by zoning district, in the Village: (see attached chart of uses). SECTION 2: The Table of Contents of Title 9 shall be amended to add: 9-2-5 ALLOWABLE LAND USEAGES BY DISTRICT SECTION 3: The Village Clerk is directed to amend the text of the zoning code, where necessary, to delete other references to permitted and special uses that are otherwise provided for in Section 1, above. SECTION 4: Severability. If any section, clause, provision, or part of this Ordinance shall be found and determined to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, all valid parts that are severable from the invalid parts shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 5: Repeal and Savings Clause. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 6: Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be m full force and effect from after its passage and approval. PASSED on the 22nd day of July, 2021.

I do hereby further certify that at a meeting of the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Island Lake, held on the 22"d day of July, 2021, the foregoing Ordinance entitled An Ordinance Amending Title 9, Chapter 2, Zoning Districts and Official Zoning Map, of the Island Lake Village Code was duly passed and approved by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Island Lake. The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. 1631-21-21, including the Ordinance and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a copy of such Ordinance was available from the Village Clerk commencing on the 23nd day of July, 2021, and continuing for at least 10 days thereafter.
