Due to technical reasons, the conference
registration website is only available in
German. To assist non-German speaking
participants in the registration process, we
have compiled the following step–by–step
translation.

whether or not you want to
attend the conference party
(‘Tagungsfest’) on 1 October
2019 at the Konstanzer Konzil.

STEP 4: Fill in your personal details. The following fields must be filled out: ‘E-Mail-Adresse’ (e-mail address),
‘Anrede’ (he/she), ‘Vorname’ (first name), ‘Nachname’ (surname), ‘Strasse und Nr.’ (street name and house
number), ‘PLZ’ (postcode), ‘Ort’ (town), ‘Land’ (country). Further down the page, you will create a user account:
‘Nutzername’ (user name) ‘Passwort’ (password). The username must be at least six characters long. The
password must be at least eight characters long. You will need to enter the password twice to confirm.

STEP 5: Payments can
be made via bank
transfer or by credit
card. Please only
choose payment by
credit card if SEPA
money transfer is not
available to you, as
considerable fees apply.

STEP 6: Please click
to confirm that you
have read and
accepted the terms
and conditions that
apply. Please note:
Registrations
cancelled by 31 July
2019 will be refunded,
minus a fee of €20.
Cancellations made
after August 1, 2019
are only eligible for a
50% refund.

REGISTRATION COMPLETE: Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive
further information regarding your chosen form of payment in a confirmation
e-mail. You will need to complete your payment and upload – for the participant categories for
which this applies - a document confirming your status (i.e. proof of membership or your
student enrollment certificate) within five days. You will be able to log into this website to view
your documents (invoice & ticket) or update your personal data.
