Heart&Soul Bradford Live at Home goes from strength to strength Our Live at Home communities are helping people in later life to maintain their independence by taking part, supporting or leading a range of different groups, clubs and activities in the local area. Our groups provide volunteer-led befriending services, offering support and companionship to help people to live later life well.
