About The Tournament For People of Determination Cricketers
Divyang Premier League (DPL)- The main objective of organizing this
tournament on the same format of Indian Premier League (IPL), India's most
prominent cricketing event, is that our constitution gives right of equality, that
means men, women, rich, poor etc. are equal.
We are also trying to give equal status to these physically challenged
players.Due to the breakdown of pandemic Covid 19, everything is come to a
halt with a break all over the world.
The IPL event was held in Dubai and it spread great joy among the cricket fans
all over the world but our Divyang-Jan (Physically Challenged) players were
very disappointed because our Board of Divyang players is financially not
enough strong.
Nevertheless we tried and with the hope of cooperation from all the our
Supporter, social worker, and Respected Sponsors we decided to organize
Divyang Premier League (DPL) in Sharjah for these Physical Challenge
cricketers so that Physical Challenge Cricketers can also visualize themselves
as Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, MS Dhoni, Shikhar Dhawan etc.

Divyang Cricket Control Board Of India
Disabled Cricket Control Board of India with the objective of operating the Indian Cricket Team
for Physically Challenged and providing international platform to differently abled players
through cricket.... Physically Challenged Cricket players to be given the opportunity to play in the
same blue color dress as Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan etc. which gives the disabled
cricket players an opportunity to be honored in the society.... The composition of the Divyang
Cricket Control Board of India is stated under the direction given by the Honorable Supreme
Court of India. In which 31 people have been included, out of which 27 people are physically
disabled.... The Divyang Cricket Control Board of India, whose previous name was Disabled
Sporting Society, we have been operating the Indian Divyang Cricket Team since 2007. So far, 31
international Series have been organized by us. There have been 96 international cricket matches
under this. It is a matter of pride that Indian Divyang cricket team has won 85 matches. In
addition, we have received the distinction of being the champion in the Asia Cup in 2015. The
runners-up in the Asia Cup in 2019. You will be very happy to know that our team has traveled to
Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore, and everywhere the
Indian team has won and hoisted the Indian tricolor....
