16 THE BRASSERIE DU CLOCHER – MALONNE BREWERY The little old Piroy church in Malonne is the cradle of the ‘Philomène’ beers. In fact, in December 2015 Jean and Alex set up a craft micro-brewery here. The brewing room has replaced the altar and the fermentation tanks have been installed in the aisles. A very original discovery to be shared with the project creators, two friends and quality beer enthusiasts who have realised their dream.
