GRADE 7 LANGUAGE ARTS & LITERATURE MID TERM BREAK SUGGESTIONS Dear Students, You are leaving a truly challenging term behind you. We want to give you a big round of applause as you’ve been nothing but brave, patient, understanding, hardworking, and multitasking. You matured a great deal over the past couple of months. At a tender age you sacrificed your social life, worked on your concentration skills, strived to get good grades, tried to find new hobbies to entertain yourself , did your best to attend the classes, worked on your friendships, spent hours in front of a screen yet kept your spirits up so as not to give in to the sadness that this pandemic has imposed on you. Most importantly, you never gave up through it all. The minute you give up is the minute you lose. You are, on the other hand, as persistent as no one can ever be. At the end of the day, you are the winners. We are proud of you. Now that you are entering a well-deserved break, we want you to relax, get your sleep, spend time away from the computer screen and rest your eyes. Since it will be three weeks, while resting we wish you to allocate some time to; 1- Complete all the homework you haven’t done and read all the previously assigned online stories that you haven’t got around to. It would be great if you read a few extra stories while you are at it. 2- Review your daily/weekly study schedule. If you don’t have one, now is the perfect time to create an effective weekly study schedule to get ready for term II.
