Route 1 The Leyton Lap 20km This route takes you from Leyton Jubilee Park to the Olympic Park, down through Coppermill and back through Francis and Orford Road. Route 2 The Walthamstow Wander 15km This shorter route is from Highams Park, up Forest Road and back down the River Lea.
