Buxton Film: The Souvenir Part 2 Cert: 15 Mon 14 Mar (7.30pm) Cast: Tilda Swinton, Honor Swinton Voted best film of 2021 in a number of critical lists, Joanna Hogg’s Byrne, James second instalment of her autobiographical story of a film-maker is Spencer Ashworth an exceptional achievement. The film stands by itself, but if you did see part 1 (recently on mainstream TV) the main characters return Director: Joanna but this film is a much warmer and more compelling drama. After Hogg the death of Julie’s older boyfriend, she embarks on a detective Duration: 107 mins mission to dig out the truth, and what she didn’t know about him. The Eyes of Tammy Faye Cert: 12A Tue 15 Mar (7.30pm) Cast: Jessica Chastain, Andrew The story of Jim and Tammy Faye Bakker who rose from humble Garfield, Cherry beginnings in 1970s America to create the world’s largest religious Jones broadcasting network and theme park. However, financial improprieties, scheming rivals and a scandal soon threaten to topple Director: Michael their carefully constructed empire.
