FC DALLAS CAMP EXPERIENCE SWEEPSTAKES PRESENTED BY CRICKET WIRELESS
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR SUBMISSION TO SALES PRESENTATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR
WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Sweepstakes Period: You may enter the FC Dallas Camp Experience Sweepstakes Presented
by Cricket Wireless (“Sweepstakes”) from the beginning of participating Cricket Wireless retail
location business hours on June 15, 2015 to the close of participating Cricket Wireless retail
location business hours on August 3, 2015 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Who May Enter: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years
of age or older and reside within seventy five (75) miles of Dallas/Ft.Worth, Texas. Employees,
officers, directors and assigns of Cricket Wireless LLC (“Sponsor”), Promotions Groups West, Inc.
(“Administrator”), Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS”), FC Dallas and each of their respective
parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising,
and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or
execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the members of the
immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling and child and their respective spouses, regardless of
where they reside) or households of any of the above, whether or not related, are not eligible to
enter or win. Void outside of the area identified above and where prohibited. Sweepstakes is
subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
How to Participate: During the Sweepstakes Period, Official Sweepstakes flyers and Scan
Cards (each, a “Scan Card”) will be distributed to the public by Sponsor street team members at
events, in neighboring communities and at participating Cricket Wireless retail locations
throughout the Sweepstakes Period. A complete list of all participating retail locations can be
located at the end of these Official Rules. Limit one (1) Scan Card per person throughout the
entire Sweepstakes, regardless of location visited to participate.
Upon receipt of a Scan Card, participants will be instructed to hand his/her Scan Card to an
authorized Cricket Wireless retail representative at a participating, authorized Cricket Wireless
store in the Dallas/Ft.Worth market and provide the authorized retail representative with their
email address. The retail representative will input the participants valid email address and then
“scan” the Scan Card for the applicable participant to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes.
Please note: A Scan Card must be presented to an authorized retail representative at a
participating Cricket Wireless store in order to enter; there will be no other method of obtaining an
entry. Entries must be received by the dates specified in the chart above to be eligible for the
applicable Entry Period drawing. Limit of one (1) entry per person using only one (1) email
address per Entry Period, regardless of method of entry or location visited to participate.
Scan Cards will be determined to be ineligible if:
a. Scan Card contains any printing, mechanical, typographical or other errors;
b. Scan Card is obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied,
forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way;
c. Scan Card has been altered in any manner that suggests improper manipulation or
use or attempt to circumvent the integrity of this Sweepstakes; or
Scan Card has any damage to the scan surface.
Random Drawing & Odds of Winning: Five (5) potential winners will be selected by
Administrator in a random drawing on or about August 4, 2015 from all eligible entries received
from all participating retail locations combined throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of
winning the prize depend on the number of the total eligible entries received throughout all
participating retail locations throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by mail, phone, and/or e-mail and will be
required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a
publicity release within three (3) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned

221361-10001within the specified time period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes (5): Opportunity for winner and one (1) guest to attend the FC Dallas Camp Experience at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, TX from August 21-22, 2015. Experience includes one (1) night accommodations in the Club Suites (one (1) room, double occupancy), meet and greet opportunity with FC Dallas players and executive staff, attendance at a coaches’ mini-clinic, an exclusive stadium tour, one (1) Cricket branded blanket, one (1) Cricket branded headband, one (1) Cricket branded backpack, one (1) Cricket branded water bottle, one (1) pair of Cricket branded soccer socks, and two (2) tickets to the FC Dallas home game on August 29, 2015. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $500. Prize Conditions: Any and all air transportation and ground transportation to/from the stadium to attend camp experience and game on August 29, 2015 will not be provided and will be winner’s sole responsibility. Exact FC Dallas and Cricket Wireless gear to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Exact FC Dallas players and executive staff in attendance at meet and greet to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Meet and greet subject to the availability of FC Dallas players and coaches. In the event Dallas players and coaches are unable to attend meet and greet, such portion of prize will be forfeited, remainder of prize will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Tickets and attendance at camp experience are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize and/or removal from venue. Prize is non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. All costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, any/all air and ground transportation, parking fees, meals, souvenirs and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Total ARV of all prizes: $2,500. Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If any winner is found to be in violation of any of these Official Rules, he/she will be required to forfeit the prize. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use each winner’s name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in commerce and in any and all media now or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity, without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. By participating, participant agrees to release and hold Released Parties harmless from and against any and all claims, damages and liability of any kind arising, in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of prize or participation in the Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes-related activities (including travel to or participation in the FC Dallas Camp Experience), and participant assumes all liability in connection therewith. Released Parties shall not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, stolen, undelivered, delayed, or damaged Scan Cards or prize claims or for mechanical, technical, printing, typographical, human, or other errors or problems relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the cancellation of any Sweepstakes street team event visit, the cancellation or postponement of the FC Dallas Camp Experience, the processing of prize claims, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. If for any reason this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and if terminated, select the potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from among all participating locations up to such time. Sponsor also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and void his/her NY1344019.5 221361-10001
Scan Card) who tampers with the entry process or who is otherwise in violation of these Official
Rules.
Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes,
entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or
connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, and not as
a participant in any class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of
the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2)
the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at
such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court
having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and
entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any
other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e.,
costs directly attributable to participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all
rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
Choice Of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and
enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in
connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
substantive laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
