I certainly wouldn’t be where I am now without their knowledge of the industry and help in preparing for those all-important first interviews. The industry placement term was also pivotal in providing me and my peers with valuable contacts and experience to help us launch our careers.’
Bradley Royer ‘Choosing this course at Ravensbourne University London Congratulations to Bradley has been intrinsic to my professional Royer who secured a one year growth and development over the placement at PVH in Amsterdam past three years. The live links between the course staff and our industry are nothing short of amazing. Before finishing my second year I had already completed a live brief for the world’s largest apparel brand, VF Corporation, I had visited the world’s second biggest producer of Nike Garments in Sri Lanka and I secured a two-week internship with a fabric mill in Bangladesh. For the last year, I have been working for the world’s second largest apparel company, PVH Corporation. In my role as Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger Swimwear Merchandising Intern, I have been able to make direct links between course content delivered at Ravensbourne and industry standard practice. Above all, I find this to be the most crucial factor when evaluating value for money when choosing which undergraduate courses to apply for. I look forward to returning to Ravensbourne towards the end of 2019 to complete my final year.’
