SKATING ON LAKE MILDRED Lake Mildred features a 1 Km round-the-lake oval and 4 hockey rinks for pick-up games. Complimentary rentals of skates, helmets, hockey sticks and pucks are available at the Winter Activity Centre. Skate sharpening is also available. CROSS COUNTRY SKIING & SNOWSHOEING Photo by Jill Coursen Design by Cory Christopher Groomed cross country ski and snowshoe trails are set seasonally at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Cross country skiing is on Canada’s #1 Resort Golf Course with incredible views of Old Man and Pyramid mountains. Snowshoe through the woods on marked trails towards Lake Annette. You may even see some wildlife! Be sure to stop by the Concierge to pick up a detailed map. Complimentary cross country ski and snowshoe rentals are available through the Winter Activity Centre. TOBOGGAN PARK Grab a toboggan, tube or sled, and GO! Our brand new, groomed hill is perfect for family fun. Complimentary rentals are available. FAT TIRE BIKING Enjoy one of Canada’s fastest growing winter sports, Fat Tire Biking. Riding along the marked trail towards Lake Annette, returning by way of Trefoil Lake, this is a great way to see the forests and mountains. Bike rentals come with helmets. Rental rates apply for fat tire bikes. Visit the Winter Activity Centre for additional activities and rentals, including icers, downhill skis and snowboards.
