PAYMENTS Exhibit registration and final payment must be received by April 15, 2022 or the exhibit space will be reassigned and the exhibitor will forfeit all deposits paid to date. AUGUST 17–20 2022 CONFERENCE HOTEL SPECIAL CONFERENCE EARLY BIRD RATE Hilton Chicago A limited number of rooms will be available 720 S. Michigan Avenue on a first-come, first-served bases at the rate of $209/night single or double occupancy. Once Chicago, IL 60605 these rooms have sold out, the rate increases 312.922.4400 to $219/night single or double occupancy. Deadline to reserve a room at discounted rate: July 1, 2022 SHIPPING INFORMATION All exhibitors must ship their shipments to FREEMAN. Neither the hotel nor the conference will be responsible for ANY items you inadvertently ship to the hotel. Shipping information will be available closer to the show date. INDUSTRY MEETING SPACE Exhibitors may conduct social functions or meetings during the AMP symposium as long as it does not conflict with conference education or symposia events. Meeting space is available at the conference hotel on an approved and first-come, first-served basis. To request space, complete and submit the meeting room request form that is included in this prospectus on page 20. Only approved 2022 AMP exhibitors will be allowed to utilize the meeting space in the conference hotel. Exhibitors will be charged an additional $800/day for use of a meeting room during the conference.
