UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT Chiquita Brooks-LaSure (Cal. No. 117) Kristen M. Clarke (Cal. Ordered further, That at 11:45 a.m., all time on the Brooks-LaSure nomination be considered expired. Ordered further, That the Senate recess following the cloture vote on the nomination of Kristen M. Clarke, of the District of Columbia, to be an Assistant Attorney General until 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus meetings. Ordered further, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on the Clarke nomination, the mandatory quorum call required under Rule XXII be waived.
