It was so exciting to see all of the smiling faces of the
Kindergarten students back in Week 5. The teachers
have really enjoyed having all of their children in class in
person. The online learning everyone participated in over
the past few weeks has been lots of fun. The parents and
children have made a huge effort to carry on and keep on
learning, thank you.
Athletics is continuing this term with all of the children
learning new skills to participate in athletic events such as
high jump and long jump.
As always, the teachers are really proud of all of the
fantastic reading and writing we are seeing and can’t wait
for more!!

It is wonderful to have the children back! While Stage One
have been impressed with the learning that has happened
from home, we are so pleased to settle back to school
routines and be together again. All the teachers have missed
their students! A shout out to the parents for the support of
their child’s learning at home during these unprecedented
times. We continue to practise good hygiene at school. This
includes all students bringing their own water bottle and
washing of hands on a regular basis.
Thank you to all the parents, carers and community members
who have donated to the Walkathon. We are getting closer
to meeting our target of $10 000!
Students are enjoying a weekly athletics program by
Dancefever Multisport. They are developing skills in high
jump, long jump, discus, shot put, hurdles and sprinting. This
program will continue throughout the term. Remember to
send in your $20 for this wonderful program.

A big welcome back. It is so nice to see all the students
and be able to talk to them in person rather than on line.
Learning on line has been sometimes exciting and at other
times very frustrating and challenging. But it has been very
worthwhile and full of wonderful learning opportunities. A
big thank you goes out to all the parents/grandparents and
carers for the amazing support and patience.
Over the past couple of weeks our learning has focused on
the transition from SeeSaw to normal lessons. All students
are enjoying the opportunity to learn through technology
and face to face teaching. This has provided students
with different options to show their understanding and
knowledge of the content being taught.
All students are participating in the Dancefever Multisport
weekly athletics program which has provided great
opportunities to develop their gross motor skills, take turns
and have fun with their friends.
Please keep reminding your children to wash their hands
and to bring their own water bottle.
