K.EY 2023 - The Energy Transition Expo
From Wednesday 22 to Friday 24 March 2023
International trade fair dedicated to renewable energies, energy efficiency and all sectors involved in the energy
transition
K.EY 2023 takes over from KeyEnergy and presents itself for its first edition in Rimini, as an independent event
from Ecomondo. It is a European exhibition of renewable energies, a complete showcase of technology,
integrated solutions and service that aims to contribute to the energy transition.
20,000 visitors are expected from abroad and over 28,000 m2 of exhibition space. 6 thematic areas:
- Solar:Solar Exhibition and Conference (SEC), the exhibition area dedicated to photovoltaics and storage;
- Hydrogen: Technologies and projects for the production and storage of hydrogen;
- Wind: Technologies and services for the construction and management of onshore and offshore wind energy
production plants;
- Mobility: electric and sustainable mobility, from recharging infrastructure to interconnected mobility services;
- Efficiency: Energy efficiency and storage in the industrial and building sectors, with technologies and services
available to companies to optimize their energy consumption and reduce their carbon footprint;
- City: Sustainable City, the special project dedicated to the transformation of cities according to the smart city
model.
Added to these is the Innovation Start up Area, a space dedicated to Italian and international green innovation.
K.EY also envisages the involvement of a Technical-Scientific Committee chaired by Professor Gianni Silvestrini
and made up of institutions, industrial associations, technical-scientific associations, bodies and foundations.
During the three days also events, conferences, debates and workshops aimed at exploring aspects related to the
world of renewables and the energy transition at national and international level, also from a regulatory point of
view.
The fair takes place simultaneously with DPE 2023 - Distributed Power Europe, the European fair dedicated to
innovations in systems and components for the generation and distribution of electricity.

European trade fair dedicated to innovations in systems and components for the generation and distribution of
electricity.
DPE is the European Electrical Power System trade fair: a showcase for the countries of Europe, the
Mediterranean and the Middle East for generation, distribution, security, storage and electrical automation.
The ideal fair to discover the latest technological innovations concerning systems and components for the
production and distribution of electricity.
Many exhibitors in the sector (generators, industrial engines, lighting towers, static and dynamic UPSs,
alternators, transformers, storage systems, conversion systems, static and dynamic power factor correction
systems, control panels, LV and MV equipment and switchboards, cables and distribution systems, mechanical,
electrical and electronic components, engineering and technical consultancy services).
At the exhibition, it is possible to meet national and international buyers, distributors, designers, installers and
contractors. The event is focused on business meetings: 2b2 meetings with key players in the sector. The
program also includes conferences with the presence of European experts for updating the sector.

Opera Season 2023 of the Galli Theater
La Bohème by Giacomo Puccini is one of the two masterpieces of musical theater of the 2023 Opera Season of
the Galli Theater. Puccini's opera is inspired by the novel by Henry Murger and is the first title of a program which
will then continue in the autumn with the Verdi's opera 'Don Carlo'.
For La Bohème, direction and scenic design are by Cristina Mazzavillani Muti, who brings the story of fragile Mimì
to the stage of the Galli Theater, of the love that overwhelms her and Rodolfo, and of the disillusioned dreams of
the young and dishevelled artists who surround them.
On the podium of the Luigi Cherubini Youth Orchestra Maestro Nicola Paszkowski with the Municipal Theater
Choir of Piacenza directed by Corrado Casati.
The protagonists of the opera are the soprano Juliana Grigoryan (Mimì), the tenor Alessandro Scotto di Luzio
(Rodolfo), the soprano Alessia Pintossi (Musetta) and the baritone Christian Federici (Marcello). The cast is
completed by Clemente Antonio Daliotti, Andrea Vittorio De Campo, Fabio Baruzzi, Graziano Della Valle and Ivan
Merlo.

The staging was born as a production of the Alighieri Theater in co-production with the Galli Theater of Rimini.

Among the most expected titles of the 2022/2023 season: David Bowie's rock opera "Lazarus" with Manuel
Agnelli, the theatrical transposition of "Mine Vaganti" by Ozpetek and the acclaimed work by Alessandro Serra
"The Tempest".
These are the essential elements that guide the 2022/2023 Season: the presence of the great protagonists of the
Italian scene and a mixture of genres and languages, ranging from classical to musical comedy to dance.
Alongside the 20 shows on the bill and dance proposals, there is the novelty of a special program designed for
young people, for schools and for children aged 3 to 8 (among which, the review at the Teatro degli Atti "New
generations", curated by Alcantara and "Sciroppo di teatro", in collaboration with ATER), with a choice of shows
capable of intriguing, involving and interesting the new generations of spectators.
The second novelty concerns is the Teatro no limits project, created in collaboration with the Diego Fabbri Center
in Forlì, which also offers the sighted and partially sighted persons the possibility to enjoy the emotions of a live
show.

'Lazarus' is the title of the surprising rock-work conceived and wanted by David Bowie shortly before his death,
written alongside award-winning Irish playwright Enda Walsh, inspired by Walter Tevis' The Man Who Fell to
Earth.
Lazarus, which premiered Off-Broadway at the New York Theater Workshop on December 7, 2015 (Bowie's last
public appearance), offers a sort of sequel to the story of the unhappy interstellar migrant Newton, forced to stay
on Earth.

International youth football tournament at the Romeo Neri Stadium
Rimini becomes a meeting point for teams from all over Europe, who meet in Rimini for the International Youth
Football Tournament, organized by Tropical Coriano.
Hundreds of teams from various European with athletes - between the ages of 9 and 20 - in addition to carers and
families.
The Trofeo Adriatico is played on various various football pitches all close to the hotels where the teams stay.
Some of the finals are held at the Rimini FC stadium.
The opening ceremony is scheduled for Saturday 8 April at 9 pm at the Romeo Neri Stadium, with shows and a

On the occasion of World Autism Awareness Day (April 2) the Rimini Autismo association promotes and
organizes “In the Spectre. Stories of families and autism”, photo exhibition and presentation of the homonymous
photographic book by Tiziana Selva.
The exhibition, under the patronage of the Municipality of Rimini, takes place at the City Museum from 25 March
to 10 April.
The inauguration of the event, with the presentation of the book, is scheduled for Sunday 2 April at 11:00am at the
City Museum, Sala degli Arazzi via Tonini 1.
At the end of the presentation, aperitif in the garden of the Museum.
In the afternoon and on 7, 8, 9, 10 April, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, the author and some representatives of Rimini
Autism accompany visitors along the exhibition.
From 12 to 28 April, the exhibition continues, housed in Palazzo Soleri c.so d'Augusto 241, headquarters of the
San Giuseppe Foundation already home to some important projects in collaboration with Rimini Autismo, such as
the summer center "Estate a Palazzo". In these spaces it is possible to visit the exhibition from Monday to Friday
from 4.00pm to 6.00pm.
The author, mother of an autistic child, shares with us her story on a journey of discovery, love and knowledge.
The book, made up of moments from everyday life, tells the life of families who face autism every day with
strength and awareness. A free and sincere visual narration, accompanied by testimonials from parents and

On display the shots that the Genoese photojournalist Ivo Saglietti took in 2003 in Syria, documenting the daily life
of the Deir Mar Musa monastery, eighty kilometers from Damascus.
«The shots of the photojournalist Ivo Saglietti tell the utopia of Father Paolo Dall'Oglio and of the community he
created in the Deir Mar Musa monastery - explains Moreno Mondaini, curator of the exhibition -. The white, the
intense black, the contrast of lights and shadows document the life of the community, representing two worlds, the
Catholic and the Muslim, which find a place for dialogue and discussion in the monastery».
The exhibition is included in "Pac'è futuro. Peace project with words and images”, which includes meetings and

explains and comments on ongoing events to the public.
Among the objectives, information on the methods to be adopted, both preventive and behavioral, to prevent risks
associated with the various possible emergencies.
In the square there are vehicles and equipment belonging to the Regional Mobile Column, used in most of the civil
protection interventions.
Space for children, school groups and children up to 12 years with demonstrations and guided tours of vehicles

Decorator at the Vittoriale by Gabriele D'Annunzio, dancer with Joséphine Baker, choreographer admired by Paul
Valéry and Maurice Ravel, actor with Jean Marais and Jean Gabin, singer with Mistinguett, documentary
filmmaker with Django Reinhardt, painter appreciated by Jean Cocteau and Max Jacob , a Michelangelo-style
sculptor, journalist for the Parisian magazine Le Sourire and agent of the anti-Nazi Resistance.
Alberto Spadolini was all this and much more with his background in sculpture and journalism until he found
himself an agent in the anti-Nazi resistance.
At the “Palazzo del Fulgor” 25 photographic images, the work of Dora Maar (Paris), Maurice Seymour (Chicago),
George Hoyningen - Huené (London), Joe Pazen (New York), G. R. Aldò (Aldo Rossano Graziati) .. Some of
these images have been published by important magazines, including Vogue and Vanity Fair.

In Borgo San Giovanni, a few steps from the Arch of Augustus, the 'Campagna Amica' farmers' market starts
again in spring.
It allows consumers to be able to shop 'from the farmer', through companies, agritourisms or farmers' markets to
buy local products at zero food miles.
Attention to well-being and health has grown in recent years, but also the sensitivity for environmental
sustainability and the defense of local territory.
All values, these, which are found in the typical products among the market stalls of Rimini, such as fruit and

Artificial Intelligence Week - 4th Edition
"AI WEEK, Artificial Intelligence Week" takes place digitally from 17 to 19 April on AI Play (www.aiplay.it) and from
Thursday 20 to Friday 21 April 2023 in person at the Rimini Palacongressi.
After the first editions held entirely on the digital platform, AI WEEK, dedicated to Italian managers and
entrepreneurs who aspire to use artificial intelligence within their companies, has evolved into an appointment that
is also physical, for an even more advantageous and informative comparison about the potential of this
technology applied to business processes.
The format created by “IEG and I. A. Spiegata Semplice” for AI WEEK 2023 will make it possible to discover over
50 'use cases' already created in the most diverse sectors, to attend in presence 30 workshops dedicated to
practical Artificial Intelligence solutions and be inspired by 15 speeches with highly innovative contents.
Among the speakers already confirmed for 2023, Seth Dorin (former Global A.I. Officer of IBM and Founder of
Qantm AI) to which will be added managers of large international groups. Among the parallel events, the Startup
Village stands out.

Rimini and the Romagna villages. Tourist excursion for vintage motorcycles
A tourist excursion for vintage motorcycles and motorcycles of historical interest, built by 1963. The event is
organized by "Il Velocifero", sport club for motorcycle and vintage car.
The initiative is dedicated to Professor Augusto Farneti, the creator and founder of the club, who passed away in
2014.
The event takes place on a road sectionof about 100 km in total between Rimini, Santarcangelo and San Marino.
The cars will remain on display at the Rimini Pier at lunchtime on 22 April, in the late afternoon at the Marina di
Rimini and on the Rimini seafront near Beach resort 62, from 6.00 pm on 22 April and at 9.15 on 23 April.
