AZERBAIDJAN: Common Sense Youth Organization (CSYO) September 2021, 12 months ACCOMODATION AND TRANSPORT FOR ALL CSYO - PROJECTS • The volunteers are housed in the Sumgait Youth House, where the organization's office is also located • There are 5 guest rooms in the youth center. DENMARK: Limfjordsskolen, September 2021, 9-10 months residential school for young people with disabilities PROJECT DESCRIPTION VOLUNTEER‘S WORK • Limfjordsskolen is a residential school for young disabled • the main purpose of the school is to equip and strengthen the people between 17 and 20 years of age. The aim of the educational program is the moral and psychological development of children. The children are taught to respect Jewish traditions and customs. • Project activities: To provide an educational program that meets the particularities of the children's ages and develops their mentality and skills according to their abilities. UKRAINE: Association for Youth Co-operation Alternative-V September 2021, 12 month promoting political awareness and active citizenship ACCOMODATION • We usually provide a room for a volunteer in host family apartment in Kyiv • In Kyiv the host family are Ukrainian students and our trusted host family-adult people who already have an experience to host volunteers and are interested in intercultural communication • The volunteer will have one separate room in a shared apartment with Ukrainian adult, family or students • Usually, volunteers take care of the food themselves. There is an option to share costs and cooking with the host family member, depending on the situation. Usually around the apartment and work places there are many options to buy food, starting from canteens, cafes and to different types of supermarkets and even markets.
