Hapag-Lloyd has set the cornerstones in this trade and provides to its customers a continued reliable weekly service connecting all major markets in North and South Europe and in the Caribbean, Latin America West Coast (SAWC) and at the Latin America East Coast (SAEC) with highly competitive transit times. Hapag-Lloyd serves all needs of our customers in all segments and niche markets, such as reefer cargoes, dangerous goods and special cargoes including break bulk. In many of these markets and segments Hapag-Lloyd is playing a leading role. Our strengths in customer service, supported by our enlarged own Dirk Maselewski organization, our longtime experience and dedication for the sensitive Senior Vice President Trade Management commodities and special cargoes motivates all of us working in this special trade to continue providing you the service quality you have been honoring to us.” 4
