THE DETAILS Standard Delivery & Pick up Menu pricing does not include delivery or taxes. All orders must be picked up or delivered between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm Thanksgiving Orders: Wednesday, November 25, 2020. Christmas Orders: Thursday, December 24, 2020. Heat & Serve Meals All Meals are prepared and chilled for you to heat and serve. Cancellations 72 - hour notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations without required notice are subject to a charge at 100% of service cost. Potomac Hospitality Group requires a pre –authorized credit card number to reserve the order and must be paid for in full prior to pick up or delivery. Full-Service Events Custom created menus, traditionally staffed, with china, glassware, linens, simply everything for an important reception or elegant entertaining.
