Dear mom and dad. I want to thank you for help to make this book! To start: remember to wash your hands before cooking Look out for sharp knifes, hot pans and pots. Safety is very important!
BREAKFAST EXTRA CHEESE TOST INGREDIENTS: • 2 slices of ham • 4 slices of cheese • 4 slices of bread INSTRUCTIONS: Prepare the bread. You can put some butter. Put cheese, ham and cheese. Put the bread on the top. Bake in the toster for 2-3 minutes. Serve with favourite sauce (garlic sauce or ketchup) ENJOY!
BREAKFAST or DINNER HAPPY EGGS INGREDIENTS: • 2 eggs, • 1 sausage, • 1 slice of paprika, • 2 slices of courgette, • 1 spoon of ghee butter, • Salt and pepper. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Cut sausage for slices. Watch out for sharp knife! 2. Add ghee butter on a pan. 3. Fry the sausage for 3 minutes. Add courgette and fry for 5 minutes.
4. Remove all to a plate or bowl. 5. Add eggs into the pan, add salt and pepper. Fry eggs for 3 – 5 minutes. 6. Put everything on plate, decorate with paprika and courgette. ENJOY
DINNER SPAGHETTI A’LA BOLOGNESE INGREDIENTS: • Half kilo of pork meat, • 1 kilo of tomato puree, • 3 – 4 fresh tomatoes • 1 small onion, • 3 gloves of garlic, • 1 teaspoon of ghee butter, • 200 grams of Gouda cheese • 100 grams of favourite spaghetti pasta Spices: o 1 teaspoon of basil, o 1 teaspoon of oregano, o 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, o Half teaspoon of pepper, o 1 teaspoon of sugar, INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Cut onion on small pieces and put into the pan. Add ghee butter, fry for 2 – 3 minutes. 2. Add meat. Fry for 10 – 15 minutes. 3. Add spices.
4. Add tomato puree and fresh chopped tomatoes. 5. Add garlic and spices. 6. Stir fry everything for 20 minutes and add sliced cheese. Prepare your favourite pasta and serve with hot sauce. You can decorate spaghetti with parmesan or other cheese. ENJOY
DINNER SALMON SPAGHETTI INGREDIENTS: • Half kilo of fresh salmon (fillet), • 1 spoon of ghee butter, • 100 ml sour cream, • 1 teaspoon oh ketchup, • Salt, pepper, • Green parsley (for decoration) • Favourite pasta INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Clean the salmon. Add salt and pepper (both side of fish)
2. Cut fish into small pieces, (watch out for sharp knife) and put salmon into the pan. Add ghee butter and start fry 3. Fry for 5 – 10 minutes. You can prepare a sauce now: • Mix cream, salt, pepper and ketchup together – SAUCE IS READY! 4. Add sauce on pan, cook for 5 minutes. 5. Wash and cut (chop) the parsley. 6. Add parsley to the sauce – or you can decorate the plate. Serve with your favourite pasta:
ENJOY Remember – the fish are very healthy!
DINNER or DESSERT PANCAKES INGREDIENTS: • 2 glasses of flour, • 1 teaspoon of sugar, • Pinch of salt • One and half glass of milk, • One glass of sparkling water • Olive oil for frying • Homogenized cheese, jam or cottage cheese. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Add flour into the bowl, add sugar and salt. 2. Prepare the eggs (take a small bowl)
3. Mix everything and add milk and water. FRYING: Prepare the pan, add some olive oil. I use an olive oil on spray When pan is hot, add one ladle of batter into a pan
Fry it about 1 – 2 minutes and flip carefully with a thin spatula , or you can throw up and catch the pancake with a pan (like my assistant) and fry it about 1 – 2 minutes. Serve with your favourite adds:

SUPPER MILOSZ’S SAUSAGES INGREDIENTS: • 1 “Berlinki” sausage, • 1 egg, • 1 teaspoon of ghee butter, • Salt, pepper INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Cut the sausage lengthwise (not all) 2. Use toothpick to make a heart. 3. Add butter into a pan, then put the sausage 4. Put an egg to the bowl, add salt and pepper. (You can stir egg if you want) 5. Carefully add the egg into the heart
6. Fry for 3 – 5 minutes. Put egg on the plate REMEMBER to throw out the toothpick!!! That’s my favourite omelette version with ketchup: ENJOY!
DESSERT QUICK COCO BROWNIE – it’s ketogenic dessert without any sugar INGREDIENTS: • 1 spoon of coconut oil, • 1 egg, • 1 piece of chocolate, • 2 teaspoon of coconut shreds • 2 spoon of coconut flour INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Put oil and chocolate to the mug. Melt it in the microwave oven 2. Add egg, flour and coconut shreds.
3. Mix it. 4. Bake (cook) in microwave oven for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and put cake on a plate You can serve it with a whipped cream. ENJOY!
