annual sell-out event “Easter in the Park: Friends of the Forest” on 21 April 2019.

EASTER SUNDAY LUNCH EXTRAVAGANZA
Revel in light-hearted banter over an enhanced lunch buffet perfect for the entire family. Feast
on international delicacies, seafood highlights, and Easter specialities, alongside a complementary
children-friendly buffet, at the HFC Grand Marquee - Singapore’s largest air-conditioned indoor
venue of its kind in a hotel.

Whet your palate with starters such as Classic Salmon Deviled Eggs, Rotisserie Pulled Chicken
Cobb Salad, and French Smoked Duck with Orange Mint Salsa. Seafood enthusiasts will enjoy
their fill of unlimited crustaceans-on-ice, with fresh offerings of Tiger Prawns, Pacific White
Clams, and Green-lipped Mussels. A dedicated cheese station featuring a variety of imported

The feast continues with festive favourites of Pan-roasted Saltbush Leg of Lamb with Mint
Chimichurri, Braised French Duck with Daikon Mushroom Ragout and Mourvedre Wine
Sauce, Pan-seared Prawns with Provencal Ratatouille, to name a few. Hearty roasts from the
carvery including Whole Roasted Turkey and Plum-glazed Gammon Ham will be right up the
alley for meat lovers.

Sweeten your spirits with a selection of vibrant dessert displays. Enticing sweets include the Warm
Chocolate Bread Pudding with Vanilla Sauce, Cream Cheese Crumble, Pistachio and Strawberry
Verrines, while classic Easter-inspired desserts like traditional Hot Cross Buns, colourful Easter
Eggs, adorable Easter Bunny Cakes and cutesy Baby Bunny Cookies will be sure to delight diners
of all ages.

While the grown-ups wine and dine, the juniors will be kept occupied throughout the afternoon
with a series of engaging games and programmes.

most adorable animal costume for the “Friends of the Forest” Best Dressed Contest with

more! The day’s activities will culminate in a quintessential jungle-themed Easter Egg Hunt at
our picturesque Garden Terrace.
