05/2018 10Technical specification einfachauflegen.de Technical specifications • Please be aware that the presentation of banners depends on the technical circumstances at the receiver’s device. • Please send us your banners three days before the start of the campaign latest. Please add the customer name, name and duration of the campaign, landing page and a contact person to your mail. • In case that a banner arrives too late or not according to the technical specs, we reserve the right to postpone the start of the campaign by the number of days in delay to achieve the contractually agreed impression targets. • Accepted file formats: jpg, jpeg, gif (each static or dynamic), png, swf, and flv. HTML5 and iFrame are also possible. We do not recommend to use flash, since it is not displayed in the default settings of many browsers. If you use flash, you need to deliver for each banner a same sized JPG or GIF as fall-back. • The landing page should be a working website, not a file or e-mail address. In case of rich media and flash, the integrated landing pages always need to open a new tab / page in the browser. • Make sure your file name has no spaces or special characters. Replace spaces with a - or _. • The file size must be 140 KB or lower. • The frame rate of animated banners must be 24 fps or below. • Sound must start only after user interaction and must be stoppable (mouseover / mouseout or start / stop button). • Only viewable elements of a banner must be clickable. • The banners must not start a download of software to the user’s computer, without the explicit agreement of the user after he was informed about the installation, operation and deinstallation of the software.
