This Price Guide and the terms and conditions in here will apply to Customers who have signed up to any of the included Service Plans or Service Plan Add-Ons or purchased any of the products set out below directly from EE, or through one of our indirect partners (only a limited selection of Service Plans and Service Plan Add-Ons are available from our indirect partners). Any applicable Solution Terms set out below will take precedence over the other terms of this Price Guide in accordance with clause 1.1 of the General Terms and Conditions for Business Customers. The information in here was correct at the time of publication. We will keep it up to date and will notify you of any changes where the terms of our agreement with you would require us to do so.
