Graduate Development Programme Jacobs Graduate Development Programme (GDP), with over 800 graduates enrolled across Europe, Middle East and Africa, has been industry-leading in the UK and Ireland for over 30 years, with graduates completing the programme and embarking on successful, rewarding careers with Jacobs. Our programme aims to assist you with a structured approach to Continuous Professional Development by achieving key competencies that provide a breadth of knowledge and experience to help tackle some of the world’s most complex challenges to make the future work better. Our GDP framework establishes our graduates as knowledgeable and competent in key functions and disciplines and actively supports you on your journey to achieve professional registration with an approved professional institution. The GDP is a defined two-year programme with an attractive rewards package, which places our graduates towards the top of their industry scale.
