The remove 1 large onion the mince from the pan and place on a plate. 1 large bell pepper (red, green or yellow) In the pan put the olive oil, chopped onion and garlic and fry 3 mushrooms till soft. Then add in the chopped pepper and mushrooms. 15 ml olive oil When all are soft, add oregano, chilli powder, cayenne 1 tsp oregano pepper, cumin and black pepper. Then add the cooked 1 tsp chilli powder mince and make sure the spices are mixed thoroughly. Add 1/2 cayenne pepper worcestershire sauce, stock pot, chopped tomatoes and 1/2 tsp cumin kidney beans. Give the mixture a good stir and then add in black pepper the water. Leave on a low / medium heat for an additional 15 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce minutes until the mixture thickens slightly. 1 beef stock pot 1 tin chopped tomatoes Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees celsius. Ring Donuts Roast Pepper and Butternut Squash Soup Serves 4 1 butternut squash or 1 bag of frozen butternut squash 3 red or yellow bell peppers 1 onion Ingredients : 1 carrot 350g Strong Flour 2 cloves garlic crushed 7g Easy Blend Yeast 1 tbsp olive oil 30g Caster Sugar 1 thumb size piece of ginger chopped 8g Salt 1 can of coconut milk 230ml Milk salt & pepper to season 30g Unsalted Butter 1 tsp coriander Oil For Frying 1 vegetable stock pot Makes 10 Donuts Pre-heat the oven to 180c. On a baking tray place the chopped peppers and butternut squash and pour over oil. Roast for 20 mins. Roll donuts in caster sugar while still hot or allow to cool and dip into a glaze made up of 150g icing sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla and some water mix to together for a runny consistency.

Season the chopped potatoes with the garlic and onion powder, salt & pepper and sprinkle with buckwheat flour. Drizzle with olive oil and cover well by rubbing in. Spread the potatoes on a baking tray, making sure they are not too close together. Bake in the oven for 40 mins, stirring halfway through. In the meantime, heat a non-stick pan over a medium-high skillet and add the ground beef. Cook for 2 - 3 mins and season with chilli flakes. Add the chopped tomatoes, water and stir, reducing the heat to low. Simmer uncovered for about 20 mins, until most liquid evaporates. To serve, divide the potatoes between plates and top with the chilli, mashed avocado and sprinkle with coriander.
