INTRODUCTION Rogers Sports & Media is deeply committed to inclusion and diversity. Rogers Sports & Media is proud to submit our 2020 Diversity Report in compliance with the reporting requirements established by the Commission in Broadcasting Public Notices CRTC 2005-24, Commission’s response to the report of the Task Force for Cultural Diversity on Television, and 2007-122, Canadian Association of Broadcasters’ Best Practices for Diversity in Private Radio; Reporting requirements on cultural diversity for commercial radio operators. Rogers Sports & Media is deeply committed to inclusion and diversity, and we have a long track record of leading in this important space. The events of 2020, which exposed the true extent of systemic racism in Canadian society, and society more generally, were a catalyst for us to take the unprecedented and necessary steps to go even further. As a national Canadian media company, we understand our unique role and responsibility to amplify these difficult conversations while taking action in any and every space we can to drive positive change. We are proud to use our multi-platform megaphone to ensure diverse voices are heard. We coined this all-encompassing and action-focused new strategy All IN, a wide-ranging inclusion and diversity initiative built on five pillars: Business, Community, Content, Mentorship & Sponsorship, and Hiring and Career Advancement Practices. All IN spans all aspects of our business, and we are excited to detail our ongoing strategy in this report. 03 Rogers Sports & Media — 2020 Diversity Report
