If we do not supply the goods for any reason you will be notified and no charge will be taken. Roving Wolf Pty Ltd will not be responsible for compensating you for any losses you may suffer if goods are not supplied, deemed faulty or damaged in transit. We try to have all models listed in stock as of last website update. This is also subject to manufacturer availability which we try to keep up-to-date as much as possible. Should you purchase a product online that was not in stock, Roving Wolf Pty Ltd will contact you and advise you on actual availability of that item. Product Images: Roving Wolf Pty Ltd provides images of products for the customer. Depending on the manufacturer, some images may differ to the actual product (eg. pictures of accessories, colours of aircraft, registrations, actual weathering etc). Many items are hand finished by the manufacturer and variations will occur. If you have any questions about any images or descriptions, please send us an email. Delivery: For all deliveries we will usually use Australia Post (post, registered post and express post accordingly) but may sometimes may use alternatives such as Officeworks Mailman (signature always required). All items are inspected where practical before being sent. Unfortu- nately we are unable to guarantee time of Delivery. Generally orders are sent after 2-5 working days after we receive your order. Insurance is also available for most shipments. If items are damaged and no insurance has been requested then the customer should contact the postage company directly for possible compensation. All effort is made to protect your items with strong packaging for transit. Any models weights shown on this website are for shipping calculation only, it does not represent the correct weight. If postage is greater then what is calculated on the website we will contact you before sending out your order. If for any reason a parcel is returned to us once we have shipped it (eg. incor- rect address), customers will be required to pay for re-sending if the address they provided was incorrect. GST: GST at the rate of 10% is included for all orders that are delivered to an address within Australia. Payments: All items are charged in AUD. No COD orders. All goods remain property of Roving Wolf Pty Ltd until full payment has been received. Item will show as being billed by Roving Wolf Pty Ltd on your Credit Card Statement. Credit Card Fraud: We find credit card fraud to be a very serious crime and pursue such action to the full extent of the law (Fraud transactions are geographically located, then proper authorities at that area are automatically contacted). Customers IP addresses are recorded when or- dering off web store. Returns: All sales are final. In the event of the item being faulty, replacements will be sent after the original has been returned (at our discre- tion). I (the customer) understand that minor imperfections are found in all die-cast models (including printing, painting, minor wheel balance & wing angles) [This is written for extremely particular collectors as we check all models before sending]. Please contact us ASAP if you have a faulty or incorrect item and retain the original packaging for returning your order. Roving Wolf Pty Ltd is not responsible for manufacturing faults or postage company's mishandling (insurance is available for most items).
