Nepro LP Tiramisu dip for one INGREDIENTS TIP 1 cup (250g tub) of mascarpone cheese This mix makes enough for 3 small 3 tbsp of Nepro LP (about 60mL) 80mL serves 2 tbsp sugar or amount to taste 1 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tsp boiling water 1 packet Italian Savoiardi (Italian sponge finger biscuits) NUTRIENT CONTENT PER SERVE METHOD Energy (kJ) 1710 1. Dissolve coffee in boiling water. Stir until mixed completely Protein (g) 2.8 2. Place mascarpone, Nepro, and sugar in glass bowl Carbohydrate (g) 20.6 3. Nepro LP Lemon citrus cheesecake for one INGREDIENTS TIP 1 cup (240g tub) of cream cheese. You can use the light You can substitute the lemon rind version if desired and lemon juice with lime rind and 50mL Nepro LP lime juice if preferred 5 tsp (75g) sugar Grated rind of 1 lemon 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 Scotch Finger biscuits or 3 Arnott’s rice cookies NUTRIENT CONTENT PER SERVE Energy (kJ) 1839 METHOD Protein (g) 8.1 1. Combine cream cheese, Nepro, sugar, lemon juice and rind Carbohydrate (g) 33.3 2. Mix with hand-held mixer until mixture is thick and creamy Sugar (g) 27.8 3. Add biscuits to a container with a lid.
