Messages clés A l’échelle globale comme en France, la pandémie a considérablement réduit l’intérêt pour une mobilité 1 professionnelle à l’international (50% à l’échelle globale, -14 points vs 2014). Cette baisse est encore plus significative en France : 55% des talents envisagent une carrière à l’international vs 69% en 2018. Ces données masquent cependant de nombreuses disparités selon les secteurs étudiés et les générations : en 2 France, 86% des étudiants et 77% des personnes travaillant dans la santé et la médecine aspirent à travailler à l’étranger contre 59%% des personnes travaillant dans l’IT et la technologie.
