Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for re- sistance, and a chair is used for sitting and /or standing sup- port. Adult Programs Power Pass Classes Try a class in a fun social environment while taking advantage of the high-energy support and leadership of our top-notch instruc- tors. To participate in any of the classes listed below, a purchase of a power pass card is required or you may purchase a daily drop in fee per class. Spinning is an indoor cycling workout of a station- ary bike. The intensity will carry throughout the Yoga- Gentle Flow Mondays, 9-10 a.m. class thanks to different body positions (i.e. standing Wednesdays versus sitting), pedal speed, and resistance. The in- & Fridays structor will tell you when to change your settings so your ride feels like it would outdoors- complete with Water Yoga Saturdays 10:15 a.m. hill climbs, sprints, and coasting. Active Senior Network Calling all trivia buffs! The Mind Challenge Team will be at the January lunch- eon to play their trivia game. We are hoping to join the Mind Challenge Trivia Tournament in 2022 with members from the Active Senior Network. The de- tails of the tournament are listed below. 2022 Mind Challenge Trivia Tournament May 9-June 17, 2022 No cost to play Teams of 4 minimum to 6 maximum compete against teams from other cities all across Northeast Ohio. No limit on how many teams can represent a city. Senior Friendly questions.
