Free Flu Shot Clinic It’s time to crank up your immune system in preparation for flu season. The Yolo County Health Department will offer free flu shots at the Senior Center Monday, September 28. This free event requires an appointment. Please contact them at 530-312-5858 no later than Thursday, September 24 by 5:00 p.m. to reserve your spot. Zoom Reunion As each month passes, we miss you more and more. Join us on Friday, September 18 at 10:00 a.m. for our six-month reunion by reconnecting with some of your favorite instructors and center staff as well as new and familiar faces. Share updates on how you have been spending your time, any new projects you have been working on and some of your favorite stories from the Senior Center. Zoom Tai Chi Deanne Endobron is back to teach traditional Yang Style Tai Chi online. Tai Chi is an ancient form of Chinese exercise done with mindful movement combined with balanced and relaxed postures. This class is for all abilities. For continuing students this is a review and will begin with moves from the Basic Eight. Each movement will be taken separately to make it easier to follow on screen.
