2021 Race Event and Year-End Awards Guide Introduction Current January 29, 2021 With this presentation, you will be introduced to the ARCA Corporate Partners and Participating Manufacturers Contingency Awards Program. The 2021 Corporate Partners and Participating Manufacturers Contingency Program is the Series Prize Money and Decal Program, the contingency program which allows sponsors to support the drivers, team members, and car owners with per race and year end awards. The 2021 Corporate Partners and Participating Manufacturers Contingency Program rewards teams and drivers for displaying sponsor decals, and for utilizing sponsor products and services. Sponsor representation includes display of decal, and presence in victory lane, plus the opportunity to integrate components into the core of the sport. All Posted Awards and Point Fund earnings won by any team member (driver, crew chief, etc.) shall be paid by ARCA (or Sponsoring Entity), to the registered/entered team owner via ACH transfer of funds. Any participant earning points or winning specific awards as a team member for more than one team/owner in a single season shall have all awards payable to team owner(s) based on the number of race points/awards earned per team. The team owner, and not ARCA, shall be solely responsible for the distribution of such Posted Awards to the respective team member. This shall also apply to Year-End and Point Fund Awards unless otherwise specified. Eligibility requirements for Owner Point Fund are: • Display ARCA MENARDS SERIES, ARCA, Menards, Bounty, Richmond, Reese's, Sunoco, K&N Filters, Sioux Chief and Valvoline decal on both sides of car • General Tire Decal above front wheel wells, both sides of car, rear of spoiler and front of car, both sides (see page 7). • SERIES logo, Menards logo, Sioux Chief (permanently affixed) on driver uniform upper front chest at all times. ARCA logo, K&N Filters and Sunoco logo, Valvoline logo (permanently affixed) on driver uniform sleeve at all times. • General Tire logo on upper front chest, and on epaulets, if uniform has epaulets (see page 9). • Must compete in 50% of total races and must be represented at the awards banquet (Top 10 driver and owner; 11 through 20 driver or owner). • Menards logo decal on front face of spoiler and front window. ABC PLAN PRIZE MONEY – AMS (as listed on entry blank) Prize money will be paid to car owners upon entering and competing in the current season’s ARCA MENARDS SERIES events on the following conditions: “A Plan” or “Golden A Plan” prize money to each car owner entering and competing in 100% of the previous season’s ARCA MENARDS SERIES events. “B Plan” prize money to each car owner entering and competing in at least 75% but less than 100% of the previous season’s ARCA MENARDS SERIES events. “C Plan” prize money to each car owner entering and competing in at least 50% but less than 75% of the previous season’s ARCA MENARDS SERIES events. ABC Plan Prize Money will be increased at all tracks 1 mile and over. Owners signing a 100% letter of intent and entering and competing in every ARCA MENARDS SERIES event will be paid “C Plan” base prize money retroactive from event #1 at the year-end awards banquet and cannot collect if on any other ABC Plan. Eligibility for 2021 season ABC Plan prize money based on being pre- registered, present and accounted for at race events by minimum of one of the following: Driver/Owner/Car & Rig, as established. ARCA Menards Series transporter decal displayed in order to be eligible, (provided by ARCA). If in question, contact Joe Wells at the ARCA office. 3
ABC PLAN PRIZE MONEY – AMSE & AMSW (as listed on entry blank) ARCA MENARDS SERIES EAST Bonus Plan: $7,500 ARCA Menards Series East Bonus Plan is to be paid at $500 to any of the Top 15 eligible car owners. Eligible car owners are those who are ranked in the Top 30 of the final 2020 ARCA Menards Series East Championship car owner point standings, regardless of overall finish in the event. Eligible car owner must enter the event, attempt to qualify and attempt to compete in the race. Determination of what constitutes such attempts shall be at the discretion of the Series Director. ARCA MENARDS SERIES WEST Bonus Plan: $7,500 ARCA Menards Series West Bonus Plan is to be paid at $500 to any of the Top 15 eligible car owners. Eligible car owners are those who are ranked in the Top 30 of the final 2020 ARCA Menards Series West Championship car owner point standings, regardless of overall finish in the event. Contingency Awards, Special Awards and Year End Awards To collect any contingency awards, point fund awards or special awards, any and all requirements, either ARCA-imposed or company-imposed, must be fulfilled. Most programs call for product use and/or decal placement and display of logo on driver uniform to qualify for awards. If in question, contact Casey Wagner at the ARCA office. Specifics on all award programs are available in writing herein. Mandatory decals must be in place prior to any on-track activity. All other decals must be in place when car is brought to inspection line for qualifying. REQUIRED UNIFORM LOGOS AND DECALS: The following uniform logos and decals are mandatory, and must be in place prior to any on-track activity. ARCA Menards Series • Uniform - Uppermost front chest, left or right side • Decal Placement - Bottom of A-Post (both sides) Menards • Uniform - Uppermost front chest • Decal Placement - Front of wheel on front fender (both sides) and front of rear spoiler (both sides) and upper front windshield General Tire • Uniform - Uppermost front chest and uniform shoulder epaulets • Decal Placement - Above wheel on front wheel wells (both sides), front bumper (both sides) and backside of rear spoiler (centered). OPTIONAL DECALS - REQUIRED FOR AWARD ELIGIBILITY: (Fender Decal Guide and Fire Suit Guide both available as downloadable pdf. on arcaracing.com/competitors – Driver and Owner Forms) Optional decals required for awards eligibility must be displayed when car is brought to Pre- Qualifying Inspection and must be in place by posted qualifying time. Optional Uniform Logos (either embroidered or patches permanently attached) must be applied to left and/or right sleeve and be in place when uniform is presented for inspection. (Refer to Section 17, pages 36 - 37 in the 2021 ARCA Official Rule Book for general point fund contribution payouts when sponsor awards do not reference specific dollar amounts by finishing position). Tie Breakers As outlined on page 37, Section 17 of the 2021 ARCA Rule Book, in the event of a tie in points, the tie breaker to determine position and allocation of special awards shall be determined for Owners and Drivers in the following order until tie is broken: • Events entered and competed in. • Most Victories. • Most top-five finishes. • Most top-ten finishes. • Most poles. • Average finishing position Special awards points in this category are accrued for designated events only. If a tie occurs, ARCA will use the Rulebook tie breaking formula for the designated events. THE COMPETITOR WILL ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR APPLICATION OF DECALS AND LOGOS TO COLLECT AWARDS. ARCA will report to sponsor companies based on application of decals and logos, and contingent use of product, regarding eligibility for award. Current valid ARCA licensing and legality must also be established. Penalty Implications on Award Eligibility Penalties may affect award eligibility. Loss of Championship Owner Points and Driver Points due to penalties may result in loss of special awards points, and forfeiture of awards. 6

All events $225 cash to be paid as follows: $100 to highest finisher, $75 to 2nd highest finisher, $50 to 3rd highest finisher. 2.) $4,000 cash contribution to year-end point fund. $2,000 to ARCA Menards Series, $1,000 each to ARCA Menards Series East and West. Procter & Gamble is a strategic partner in the Menards ARCA Racing Vendor Program, and through their Bounty products are an Official Partner of the ARCA Menards Series. Title sponsor of the Bounty Rookie Challenge – ARCA’s Rookie of the Year program. Display of decals and uniform logo required for eligibility. Must follow rookie registration procedures. Rookie registration forms will be available at the track and online at arcaracing.com on the Competitor site. Forms can be emailed to cwagner@arcaracing.com ARCA Menards Series 1) All events, $250 cash to the owner whose eligible driver earns the highest finishing registered rookie of the race award. 2) Bounty Rookie of the Year Award: $10,000 cash paid to the owner whose driver accumulates the most Bounty Rookie Challenge points in his/her best 15 event finishes. ARCA Menards Series East & West 1) All events, $250 cash to the owner whose eligible driver earns the highest finishing registered rookie of the race award. 2) Bounty Rookie of the Year Award: $2,500 each cash paid to the owner whose driver accumulates the most Bounty Rookie Challenge points. 10
ARCA Menards Series, East and West Display of decal all year required for eligibility. 1.) All events $250 cash to be paid as follows: $125 to highest finisher, $75 to 2nd highest finisher, $50 to 3rd highest finisher. 2.) $4,000 cash contribution to year-end point fund. $2,000 to ARCA Menards Series, $1,000 each to ARCA Menards Series East and West. The CGS Imaging Four Crown provides a link to the series’ roots by featuring a diverse combination of tracks in any given season. A short track, speedway, road course and dirt track are included. CGS Imaging Four Crown Championship points will be accumulated by driver, and the year-end championship and trophy will be awarded to the driver who earns the most race points (race points only) with the highest total from the following four (must enter and compete in all 4) events: a. Kansas International Speedway May 1, 2021 b. Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course June 4, 2021 c. Winchester Speedway July 31, 2021 d. DuQuoin State Fairgrounds September 5, 2021 $3000 cash year-end CGS Imaging Four Crown bonus will be paid to the car owner, or owners, for whom the driver drove, on a percentage of races basis. Chevrolet Performance became an ARCA Participating Manufacturer Sponsor in 2017. Display of Chevrolet Bowtie and SS/Monte Carlo decal required for eligibility. Driver must display “Chevrolet Bowtie” logo on firesuit. ARCA Menards Series, East & West 1) All events cash 1st $2,000, 2nd $1,000 and 3rd $750. 2) $5,000 cash year-end Champion Bonus, provided he or she competes in a Chevrolet SS and/or Monte Carlo stock car for the entirety of the 2021 race season. Car must display “Chevrolet” designation on front and rear of car, car must display “SS” and/or Monte Carlo designation on front of car, and driver must display “Chevrolet Bowtie” logo on his/her fire suit. Cometic has been an ARCA official partner for three decades, providing performance gaskets to racers and teams since the 1990s. Display of decals and uniform logo required for eligibility. ARCA Menards Series Must follow registration procedures to be eligible for “Cometic Gasket Crew Chief” honors (per race and year-end). 1) Cometic Gasket Crew Chief of the Race: All events $300 cash awarded to the team owner whose crew chief demonstrates the best qualifying and race effort as determined by qualifying and race finish. 2) Cometic Gasket Crew Chief of the Year: $3,500 cash year-end special award. Winner will be determined by a year-long point total based on both qualifying and finish position. 3) All events $225 product certificate to be paid as follows: $100 to highest finisher, $75 to 5th highest finisher, $50 to 10th highest finisher. 4) $5,000 cash contribution to year end point fund. ARCA Menards Series East & West 1) All events $225 product certificate to be paid as follows: $100 to highest finisher, $75 to 5th highest finisher, $50 to 10th highest finisher. 2) $5,000 cash contribution to year end point fund ($2,500 to East, $2,500 to West). 12

Eibach Springs has been the official spring partner of the ARCA Menards Series since 2010. One of a select few products ARCA mandates for use, Eibach supplies all teams with front and rear springs for both of the Series restrictor plate race events (Daytona and Talladega). ARCA Menards Series, East and West Display of decal, uniform logo and use of product all year required for eligibility. 1) All restrictor plate events to be paid as follows; $500 cash and $500 product certificate to the highest finishing team. 2) All non-restrictor plate events, $100 cash and $100 product certificate to highest finisher, ARCA Menards, East and West. 3) $3,500 cash contribution to year-end point fund, ARCA Menards only. Five Star Bodies has become a participating manufacturer and strategic partner of ARCA effective with the introduction of the composite material body in 2015. Display of decals and product use required for eligibility. ARCA Menards Series 1) All events $300 cash, to be paid as follows: $150 to the highest eligible finisher; $100 to the 2nd highest eligible finisher and $50 to the 3rd highest eligible finisher. 2) $5,350 cash contribution to year-end point fund. 3) Sioux Chief Showdown Champion receives a Five Star Bodies Body valued at $8,000. ARCA Menards Series East & West 1) All events $300 cash, to be paid as follows: $150 to the highest eligible finisher; $100 to the 2nd highest eligible finisher and $50 to the 3rd highest eligible finisher. 2) $5,350 cash contribution to year-end point fund ($2,675 for East, $2,675 for West). 14
GENERAL TIRE SUPERSPEEDWAY CHALLENGE: ARCA Menards Series Eligibility for 2021 season year-end Superspeedway Challenge is based on event pre-registration, and being present and accounted for at all superspeedway race events by minimum of one of the following: Driver/Owner/Car & Rig, as established. Display of decals and uniform logos required for eligibility. • $35,000 cash. General Tire Superspeedway Challenge is paid to the top ten car owners who have entered and competed in all specified Superspeedway (Daytona, Talladega, Charlotte, Pocono, Michigan, Kansas 1 & 2) events and accumulated the most ARCA Championship race only points in those events. Positions to be paid as follows: 1st - $10,000, 2nd - $5,000, 3rd - $3,750, 4th - $3,250, 5th - $3,000, 6th - $2,500, 7th - $2,250, 8th - $2,000, 9th - $1,750 and 10th - $1,500. GENERAL TIRE “WINNING TEAM” AWARD: ARCA Menards Series, East & West Display of all General Tire decals and proper display and usage of uniform logo, neckband and hat in Victory Lane required for eligibility. • Super Speedway Radial 1st- $1,500 • Intermediate Speedway Radial 1st - $1,000 • Short Track Radial/Dirt Track 1st - $750 GENERAL TIRE CHAMPION BONUS: ARCA Menards Series, East & West Display of all General Tire decals and proper display and usage of uniform logo required for eligibility. • $2,500 cash to series championship team owner. GENERAL TIRE VICTORY BONUS: ARCA Menards Series, East & West $2,500 cash year-end award to the owner whose driver wins the most races throughout the 2020 season. The cash year-end payout will be paid to the car owner, or owners, for whom the driver drove at races. 15
GENERAL TIRE POLE AWARD ARCA Menards Series General Tire will present a “Pole Award” at all events, to the driver who has earned the pole starting position, and the year-end General Tire Pole Award and trophy will be awarded to the driver who earns the most Poles. • Display of decals, and driver uniform logos required for eligibility. If logos/decals are not displayed, award will be presented at track, but money will not be paid. • General Tire will award a $1,000 cash bonus to the owner whose driver earns the fastest qualifying position, as confirmed by ARCA, for all events in which the qualifying session is completed in its entirety. No cash award, or points, will be awarded at those events where the qualifying session is not completed in its entirety. Driver / Team receiving the General Tire Pole Award at all events will be credited with having earned “The Pole,” and counting towards the year end General Tire Pole Award, as per below. • $10,000 cash year-end award to the owner whose driver wins the most pole awards throughout the 2021 season. The cash year-end payout will be paid to the car owner, or owners, for whom the driver drove at races pole awards were won. Holley Performance Products has been an ARCA sponsor for three decades, providing fuel delivery solutions to ARCA teams since the early 1990s. Display of Holley EFI decal and driver uniform logo and use of product with ARCA Ilmor 396 required for eligibility. ARCA Menards Series 1) All events $550 cash to be paid as follows: $250 to highest finisher running ARCA Ilmor 396, $150 to 2nd highest finisher running ARCA Ilmor 396, $100 to 3rd highest finisher running ARCA Ilmor 396. $50 to highest finisher running Legacy engine package. 2) $5,350 cash contribution to year-end point fund. In addition, R/E supports the ARCA Safety Initiative, and posts a special year end award…the R/E Lightning Challenge. Display of decals and use of product required for eligibility. ARCA Menards Series 1) All events $250 product certificate, to be paid as follows; 1st-$150, 7th-$100. 2) R/E LIGHTNING CHALLENGE: $2,500 cash paid to the owner whose team accumulates the most ARCA championship race only points – all events in 2020. Points for the Sioux Chief Showdown will be allocated for race performance only beginning with 43 for first, 42 for second and decreasing in one-point increments per position. Sunoco 260 GTX Unleaded is the Official Fuel of the ARCA Menards Series and will be the only acceptable fuel used in competition. Sunoco 260 GTX Unleaded will be available at all 2019 ARCA Menards Series events as supplied by the authorized Sunoco representative for the event. Fuel will be tested for conformity at all events and unapproved fuel and/or additives will result in penalty. Each team must furnish approved filler cans, and each team must establish Sunoco-approved method of payment for purchasing fuel. At designated events, Sunoco will provide a maximum of 33 gallons of fuel per car in the official starting field at no cost to the team as stated on Official Event Entry.
