COLLEAGUE DEVELOPMENT Our Colleague Contribution programme is a performance management initiative that has been exclusively designed for every colleague at Tayto Snacks. The objective is that each and every colleague is given the opportunity to have regular dedicated coaching discussions. Their managers will support their personal and professional development plans and career aspirations. COLLEAGUE COMMUNICATIONS It is important that the communication channels within Tayto Snacks are working to build a culture of openness, trust and honesty. A number of communication methods are utilised. • Bamboo - Each of our colleagues has access to our self-service HR information system. TAYTO SNACKS POTATO PALS CHARTER The Potato Pals initiative was developed by the Care in the Community committee. The aim of this initiative is to educate students on the Life Cycle of the potato and to provide a programme that is interactive and fun. We encourage students to be curious and ask questions whilst our volunteers promote active engagement throughout TAYTO SNACKS IMPACT REPORT the programme. Globally, 30% of food is wasted, resulting in 8% of greenhouse gas emissions. In Ireland, over 1 million tonnes of food is wasted annually. Through working with FoodCloud, Tayto Snacks is actively reducing the environmental impact of its food waste and supporting charities who are working with local communities around Ireland.
