For this reason, this newsletter will look a little different. As an essential service, the Western Regional Parenting Service will continue to operate. We are the regional parenting service for the Western Metropolitan Region of Melbourne that includes the local government areas of: • Brimbank • Melbourne • Wyndham • Hobsons Bay • Melton • Maribyrnong • Moonee Valley We offer a range of free group education and early intervention programs, information and referral for parents/carers with children from 0-18 years.
