The newly expanded SEED (Student Excellence Equals Degree) Scholarship Program
is now open to Delawareans of all ages who would like to pursue a workforce training
credential. Courses that are eligible for this funding are labeled “SEED” in our catalog
and listed on the following page.
The expanded SEED scholarship includes short-term certificate programs which do not
require a minimum GPA, but do require graduation from a Delaware high school or
GED program.

WIOA Delaware Tech offers courses that are eligible for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity
