Morning teas supplied from the coach do contain such things as gluten, eggs and dairy, so you may need to bring along your own snack for these occasions (tea and coffee will be supplied). Please note…. All trips must be pre-paid. For your convenience we accept Visa and MasterCard, so you can pay for your trips over the phone or by posting in your credit card details. Thank you for your help, as this does save a lot of time and stress if everyone does this. Please note that there is a 3% credit card surcharge for all final payments for our short breaks and tours. The office phone number for bookings is: 07 847 8258. Please remember that the office is only open Monday to Friday. Travel Club Subscriptions The new travel membership dates are now from 1 January 2019 - 31 December 2019. Thank you to all those members who have renewed their travel club subscription. This year we have done a long overdue review of the subscription fees and have had to take into account the increase in postage costs and slightly increase the cost of the subscription. We still offer the email based membership for the low price of $10.00 per person. Please note that only current travel club members will receive a copy of the newsletter sent directly to them. Email Communication For us to stay in touch with you in between newsletters, please let the office know your email address. If you are on our email database, you will receive updates of new tours and concert connections as they are released, as well as promotions and competitions that run throughout the year. Mobile Phone Numbers If you have a cell phone, please register your number with the office. This is always useful for the driver to be able to contact you, if for any reason the coach has been held up or if it is running early. This is most important for members who are living outside of Hamilton, but we would appreciate anyone with a cell phone to update their records with us. Day Trip Refund Schedule Terms and Conditions for Concert Connections: • 7+ days prior to trip - $5.00 cancellation fee • Payments must be received within a week of booking. • 6 days - 48 hours prior to trip - 50% refund. • Payments for show connections are final and non-refundable. • Less than 48 hours prior to trip - no refund. • Bookings on show connections are transferrable, therefore if for any reason the original passenger booked cannot travel it becomes his/her responsibility to find a replacement, and to notify Leisure Time Tours of any changes. Travel Insurance for Short Breaks & Tours We strongly recommend all passengers to obtain travel insurance as your household insurance will only cover your clothes and personal belongings, whereas travel insurance will cover disruption of travel due to any personal unforeseen circumstances that may arise due to health or accident, preventing you from travelling or continuing with the tour once the tour has commenced. Ask us today for a no obligation travel insurance quote.
