SIGN ALLOWANCES

Ground Sign - Joint Tenant ID
Intent: Ground Sign - Joint Tenant ID is for the purpose
of identifying the project ID/main tenant as well as the
other tenants occupying space within the building and may
be used for wayfinding.

Location: This one sign is located in a high traffic area out of
the public right of way. See Page 8, Overall Site Plan, for location.

Allowance: The following Ground Sign - Joint Tenant ID sign is
in addition to all other signs, one sign is allowed. This sign for the
complex may have a maximum height of 25’-0” above finished
grade. Permitted area is 100 square feet; or 1 square foot of sign
area for each 2 linear feet of street frontage of the zone lot,
