Complaint To Elections Canada re: People’s Party of Canada Lies, Fraud
Summary: PPC enticed people, including me via emails and social media posts to join the party
to become a candidate but then used a clear lie to deny a potential nomination, ensure there was
no battle for the riding of Vancouver Granville.
In the Complainants words, S. Michael Tripper:
“In my case I made good faith efforts, spent my very limited resources to get this application in
with the fees but then weeks later, after not hearing from them after they said they would be
getting back to people within three weeks of the application, I heard nothing back. I sent out
emails to them to which I was told I had put the wrong email address on my application, they
could not contact me. It was such a bizarre lie I have to complain about it. They have multiple
ways to contact me.
There is correspondence between myself and the BC organizer, Naomi Chocyk that clearly
shows this is nonsense. In the interim between waiting to hear back about the application and
the bizarre lie, I had numerous emails from the party indicating they had that exact same email
address they claimed was wrong. Further, to apply you have to supply three references with
emails and phone numbers so they could have reached out to them but they had multiple ways
to reach me, chose not to, then lied about it.
This does not instil governance confidence in the PPC. It reeks of Bernier and/or others
using the PPC as a personal enrichment vehicle or a cult versus what they claim is their goal,
governance of Canada. I note a former Christian Heritage member w/influence over parts of
the Party has said things like, Atheists I give you the right to exist here in Canada, or similar,
recorded on video. She personally allows their existence in Canada. It was a bizarre but telling
moment, perhaps.
It looks a lot like they were fraudulently enticing people to join the party to become candidates,
spend funds on criminal background checks and the like in an effort for the party to gain
funding, never intending to allow candidate battles for nominations.
For me, this is the last straw, Canada is failed governance model. Even though I complained to
Elections Canada, details below, I expect they can and will do nothing as they do not regulate
anything outside election writ periods, as far as I can see. So any form of corruption by political
parties is all good according to Canada as long as it is outside writ periods. You can say a lot of
things about people seeking to separate from Canada in the West but I am very much doubtful
there is a better solution for citizen representation other than separation from Canada.
Ottawa appears to be a fraud itself, with the trappings of democracy but none of the substance
of one, no transparency, no citizen input, no penalties for political nor bureaucratic wrong-
doing. An unaccountable, opaque power.
An elected governor general might help as would the removal of all terms like Royal, Crown,
etc. but it may be better for the Provinces that are not Ontario and Quebec to become a true
Federation instead of this phoney and fraudulent ‘confederation’ which means Ontario & Quebec
politicians, bureaucrats and courts run the country on their narrow interests alone.”

Your reference number is: P9ZZR2SG” -- “They sought and continue to seek financing under false circumstances. Claiming to search for candidates but not doing any of the things they said they would, including contacting applicants in a specified Time, then making very clrearly false statements they could not contact me. There are many, many emails whcih show they are well aware of me and can contact me in multiple ways. Lying about being able to contact me then using the same email address to further solicit me for funds is a clear example of how they are defrauding Canadians, using the party as a personal enrichment vehicle for Maxime Bernier to make money and burnish his ego while falsely claiming to be a Canadian political party. I note when he or his agents were soliciting money, memberships and police checks on potential candidates he started to talk about a leadership convention, which now is never mentioned. Attached are a lot of pdfs showing exactly what I am saying above. They falsely denied my nomination potential with the excuse they could not contact me, that the email on nomination papers was wrong. Bizarre given how they contacted me at that same email address a week later after I applied to be a candidate along with other emails.” “There’s more if you need them. Lots more but if you look at the dates at the above you will see their BC Coordinator acknowledge via email to be aware of both how to contact me and my application in the file ‘Re_Applied to be a candidate.pdf’. The others show similar tales, me asking about when I can apply, being told when, then ignored then lied to about reason to deny candidacy. Likely they were just sending out fake calls for candidates, I note they said there was a March 28 deadline yet today on July 1st, 2021, their website still asks for candidates. I think they need to be delisted as this behaviour was the final straw in me thinking Canada should not exist as it is corrupt at its core with no way for citizens to participate in the political process. The PPC actions in trawling for dollars while pretending to be looking for candidates just so they can make money for themselves is so severely corrosive on the political process in Canada that the ‘People’s Party of Canada’ should be prevented from going forward, should be delisted at this point if this is their behaviour and modus operandi.” 2

The Trudeau Liberals want to give themselves far-reaching new
powers to censor the internet!
Bill C-10 was described this week by commentators as a “full-blown assault
on free expression.”
If passed, it would subject the whole Canadian online world to content
oversight from broadcast regulators, including podcasts, online videos and
websites.
Yes, that includes anything YOU post online, from cat videos to
memes criticizing the government.
Another bill soon to be tabled by Heritage minister Steven Guilbeault is

But these are ALREADY illegal. So why do we need another law?

I understand how you would be upset about this. Let me clarify from my perspec�ve.
First of all, I have no control over the party's or EDA's ve�ng and nomina�on process. I was fully
prepared to enter into a nomina�on contest with mul�ple rounds of public debate. I'm condent in
my abili�es to secure the nomina�on.
Now, having said that, the party does have the right to a proper ve�ng process in which they look at
your stances, personality, online presence, your past statements, etc. I'm sure you will recall the
ques�ons they asked on the applica�on forms?
Would you like to discuss further? I'd be happy to do so. Is there a �me that works best for you?

Now, having said all of that, and even though I'm certainly not required to do so, I would be more
than happy to engage you in public debate. If you would like to create an event, set a �me and
loca�on, and have PPC supporters present to vote on the winner of the debate, if you should be
declared the winner of the debate, I would be more than happy to step down and allow you to take
my place as the PPC candidate for a Vancouver Granville. Does that seem fair to you? Let me know
where and when, and I'll be there, in full force.
