NORTH YORKSHIRE FIRE & RESCUE SERVICE COMMUNITY SAFETY PLAN 2016/17 – 2020/21 SECTION 1: FOREWORD This Community Safety Plan sets out how we will continue to protect the people and communities of North Yorkshire and the City of York and how we intend to develop so that we can continue to provide an excellent professional service, whilst delivering value for money.
