CITREP+ Workflow : Trainee Enrolment by Course Provider 2-stage evaluation SF for ICT Mapping Course Endorsement Trainee Enrolment Claim Application Trainee Enrolment Course Providers are expected to create the trainee enrolment record(s) in ICMS: a. 30 calendar days before the course and/or examination start date OR b. Up to 5 calendar days from the course and/or examination start date Note: Programme name selected for trainee enrolment to match CITREP+ SF (1 Apr 2019 – 31 Mar 2021) with programme name selected during course endorsement Refer to online CITREP+ Guides - ICMS Trainee Enrolment [CP] User Guide for the steps on Trainee Enrolment. 23
