Terms & Conditions
A non-returnable deposit is required within 10 days of making a provisional booking to confirm all bookings.
The management reserve the right to release any provisional booking which is not confirmed within 10 days.
All balances in full, along with menu choices are due four weeks prior to the event. Numbers quoted at this stage will be
charged for. Please note that invoices will not be sent for final balances.
Large parties are requested to keep to one choice of menu to retain efficiency of service.
Whilst every effort will be made for special seating arrangements, these cannot be guaranteed.
Parties of 8 or less may be seated with other guests.
All monies are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be given for unused despoists. Should your
numbers reduce, the monies lost cannot be used against wine, drinks, for the final balance etc. Party organisers are
advised to inform all members of the party of this policy.
All cancelled private parties will be subject to a cancellation charge of £15.00pp
All guests attending a function must dine with us. Please note there will be no admission to guests attending luncheon
after 1.30pm and an evening event after 9pm, unless previous arrangements have been made with the Hotel's
Management.
No alcohol or other beverages can be brought into the Hotel for consumption, even as a prize or a gift. The management
reserves the right to ask anyone found with alcohol not purchased in the Hotel to leave the premises without
compensation.
The management reserve the right to make any alteration to plans and menus without prior notice.
To ensure a safe journey, the Grand Hotel recommends that all transportation is booked prior to your arrival.
Dress code: Smart/Casual with the exception of New Years Eve dining and Grand Ball where jacket and tie is kindly
requested.
Accommodation: Full pre-payment is required for our accommodation festive deals. For all other bedroom reservations, a
credit card will be required to secure your reservation (your card will not be charged until arrival)
