JOY BIVENS Joy Bivens oversees the Franklin County Board of Commissioners’ health and human services agencies. LC JOHNSON (SHE/HER) Founder & CEO, Zora’s House LC Johnson is an award-winning writer, entrepreneur, and activist with a passion for empowering women, especially women of color. A dynamic, creative, and committed social justice professional with a well-established entrepreneurial spirit, LC has 10+ years of experience with curriculum development and facilitation, program design, entrepreneurship, public speaking, and community building. LC is the founder and CEO of Zora’s House – a coworking space and leadership incubator created by and for women of color. She is a recognized subject matter expert whose work and writings on the topics of race and gender have appeared in outlets such as Forbes Magazine, Huffington Post, and Black Enterprise. ERIN SCOTT (SHE/HER) Co-Founder & Co-Executive Director, Ohio Women’s Alliance Erin Scott is a nonprofit executive and community leader dedicated to uplifting women and developing more reparative practices in philanthropy and social investments. She co-founded the Ohio Women’s Alliance with Rhiannon Carnes to create equitable pathways for grassroots leaders to receive abundant support, funding, and recognition for their work. Erin’s formation of the Ohio Women’s Alliance came after successfully launching a networking group for young women in central Ohio, the Bad Bish Network, which was created to connect women to leadership opportunities, mentors, and each other. Erin teaches in the undergraduate and graduate programs for the nonprofit studies program at her alma mater, The Ohio State University’s John Glenn School of Public Affairs, where she earned her Master of Public Administration degree. Erin is a volunteer, donor, and advocate for organizations championing women and girls across the world. DANIELLE P. TONG (SHE/HER) Director of Capacity Building and Community Knowledge, The Columbus Foundation Danielle Tong leads capacity building programs and grantmaking that support and maximize social sector leadership. Danielle has a decade of experience using Lean Six Sigma in health and human services, and continues use of methodology because she believes it has the potential to equalize the playing field for nonprofits of all sizes. Prior to The Columbus Foundation, Danielle owned a Lean Six Sigma consulting firm for nonprofits and has also applied the methodology in the fight against infant mortality, during her employment with Ohio Department of Medicaid. Danielle holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and is a graduate of the OhioHealth Administrative Fellowship. She has a bachelor’s degree in social work, and a master’s in public health. 2022 Women of Achievement / 21
