Skiguiding – discover the best location
Is it your first time in this region? Are you scared to lose track in the large ski area? Are your friends
or co-workers doing ski lessons but your group just wants to ski?
We are pleased to attend to you on your day in the snow and show you the most beautiful places
in our fantastic landscape.
Local guides will accompany you to different ski-areas and are always at your side. Look forward
to the most beautiful panoramic views, the most comfortable mountain huts and the best slopes.

Off-piste winter experiences – in a different way
A wide range of possibilities – off the beaten track. Open up your mind and immerse into the mys-
tical world of mountains. Marvel at the awesome landscape and enjoy the silence of nature.
If it is on snowshoes, off-piste or on a ski tour – we plan a suitable tour for every demand and almost
every level of physical ability.
Above the forest line we apply other rules. Safety ranks first. Our Guides will select the most beautiful
trips for you, according to circumstances.

With all trips you’ll have a short introduction into prevention of avalanches and the use of the
avalanche security material.

Adventures in the winter wonderland –snow flurry included
We love snow because whatever you do with it adventure, team experience and enjoyment are
always guaranteed. Trained from our instructors, you’ll have wonderful possibilities for your own
snow experience:

Snow time – really cool
Heaven hopefully makes sure there is good weather, everything else you can put in our hands.
Whether it is “just-for-fun” or a challenge of teamwork or new team formation, it’s up to you –
with our wide range of activities we guarantee a perfect action for an unforgettable event.

inandout team challenge – only for real team players!
Although this is just the right event to go for broke, not only time and place matter. The main focus
is on the inspiring group experience.
In groups the participants follow a star-shaped course. Every team member undertakes a differ-
ent section and exercise. Is the task solved, it’s another team member’s turn. The transition area is
in the centre of the star. The question is: Who’s going to be first?
The tasks can be chosen at will. Here some examples:

Bavarian curling – don’t put it on ice
Fun on the ice takes the centre of stage. But it’s still a competition – each team wants to be the
winner. Bavarian Curling is suitable for the most different teams, because sporty ability is not the
main focus.
Curling is suitable for a variety of teams, because the focus is not on the athletic ability.
The participants will be introduced to the rules and techniques of Bavarian curling. After a short
training, an exciting tournament follows.
Curling seems to be a little bit more sporty. But also here you can celebrate success after a short
time. You’ll wipe industriously with the broom to bring the stone in the centre…

Nevertheless the dedication of every participant is needed.
In groups the participants solve different tasks. Whether it is a tricky riddle or a funny snowshoe
obstacle course – there’s something for everyone! First and foremost the group counts, team
spirit is demanded.
Possible disciplines:

Rescue someone buried by an avalanche

These are just a few examples. You can choose from a broad range of exercises which you can
combine according to your wishes.

Tip: Winterolympics are an exciting and very dynamic event and especially suitable for big
groups. Action and team spirit are guaranteed. Olympics are ideal to be combined with

Sense of orientation is demanded! Whether with the aid of a map, a GPS or photos – it’s always
about being the first who finds the position and who can put all the clues together to find the
treasure.
The participants search in the town or in natural country areas for a certain amount of points where
they get another clue or a part of the coordinate map where the treasure is placed. If you’ve
done everything right, the treasure is within your grasp and the reward soon in sight.
If all members are working together, there will be a profit for everyone and the experience will
sustain the team spirit.
Treasure hunt by foot, with snowshoes or public transfer
Treasure hunt through the ski area, including a lot of snow sport
Treasure hunt integrated tasks to support group dynamics
Especially informative:
It’s great to make a treasure hunt with the use of GPS and satellite navigation. You will be aston-
ished and overawed. Just wait and see.

Only with a bridge you’ll get to the other side – at best with your own bridge. After a short instruc-
tion in the art of rope bridge construction, you start with anchoring, kinking, tensioning etc.
First the construction seems a little tricky with the short manual… but the task gets easier when
more heads are thinking together.
As reward- the shaky walk over the home made bridge allures and finally the bridge will be inau-
gurated by a good bottle of wine.

Board and enjoy the wonderful view over the mountains – for this time with bird’s eye view.
With a AS 350 Ecureuil B3 helicopter you will be brought to the area of Hüfifirn where you will land
directly on the glacier.

Heliskiing
At Hüfifürn we’ll find one of the rare starting points in Switzerland for exciting heli-skiing.
Whether you choose the south or north run, or both – from here you’ll have approx. 1200 altitude
difference down to the valley.
Glacier trekking
A very special experience: With snowshoes we enjoy a hike along the peaks.
Planura hut SAC
The „Planura“ hut is looking forward to our visit. They will indulge us with tasty hut-specialities.

Seite 15Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen Wir danken Ihnen für Ihr Interesse an einem Programm von inandout sport & events GmbH. Mit der Entgegennahme Ihrer Buchung bei inandout sport & events GmbH (nachfolgend Veranstalterin genannt) oder einer Verkaufsstelle kommt ein Vertrag zwischen Ihnen und der Veranstalterin zustande. Die vorliegenden allgemeinen Geschäftsbedin- gungen bilden einen Bestandteil dieses Vertrages. Wir bitten Sie deshalb, diese sorgfältig durchzulesen. 1. Anmeldung Eine Anmeldung kann persönlich, telefonisch, schriftlich oder elektronisch erfolgen. Ab dem Zeitpunkt der Anmel- dung werden die Rechte und Pflichten des Vertrags für Sie und die Veranstalterin wirksam. 2. Vertragsgegenstand Die Veranstalterin verpflichtet sich, die von Ihnen gewünschten Leistungen im Rahmen des ausgearbeiteten Kon- zepts und gemäss Beschreibung in der Auftragsbestätigung zu erbringen. Leistungsabänderungen können nach Absprache berücksichtigt werden. Daraus entstehende Mehrkosten gehen zu Lasten des Kunden. 3. Vertragsabschluss Mit der Entgegennahme der von Ihnen unterschriebenen Auftragsbestätigung kommt der Vertrag zwischen Ihnen und der Veranstalterin zustande. Bei gegenseitiger Absprache entsteht der Vertrag bereits bei mündlicher Überein- kunft. Ab dem Zeitpunkt der Unterzeichnung resp. der mündlichen Einigung werden die Rechte und Pflichten aus dem Vertrag für Sie und die Veranstalterin wirksam. 4. Preise Die Preise für die Programme entnehmen Sie der auf Sie zugeschnittenen Offerte. Die Preise verstehen sich – soweit nicht anders erwähnt – pauschal für die beschriebenen Leistungen exklusive der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer. 5. Zahlungsbedingungen Wenn nichts anderes vereinbart wurde, erfolgt die Bezahlung mit der nach dem Anlass gestellten Rechnung. Es gel- ten die gesetzlich vorgegebenen Zahlungsfristen. Die Veranstalterin behält sich vor, nach Absprache mit Ihnen eine Anzahlung zu vereinbaren. Allfällige Annullationskosten werden gemäss Ziffer 6 verrechnet. 6. Annullierung oder Vertragsänderung durch den Kunden Die Annullierung von bereits abgeschlossenen Verträgen haben schriftlich per eingeschriebenem Brief zu erfolgen. Dabei sind sämtliche bereits erhaltenen Dokumente (Detailprogramme, Bestätigungen etc.) unbedingt beizulegen. Bei jeder Annullierung wird folgender Teil der Arrangementskosten in Rechnung gestellt: Ab definitiver Annahme bis 21 Tage vor dem Anlass: 20% des Gesamtpreises 20 bis 14 Tage vor dem Anlass: 50% des Gesamtbetrags 13 bis 7 Tage vor dem Anlass: 75% des Gesamtbetrags 6 Tage oder weniger vor dem Anlass: 100% des Gesamtbetrags Bei verspätetem Eintreffen oder Verschiebung des Programms trägt der Kunde die Mehrkosten. Abbruch durch den Kunden, späterer Antritt oder frühzeitiges Verlassen der Programme durch den Kunden erheben keinen Anspruch auf (Teil)Rückerstattung. Entstehende Mehrkosten sind durch den Kunden zu tragen. 7. Annullierung oder Auftragsabänderung durch inandout sport & events GmbH Die Veranstalterin behält sich vor, auch sehr kurzfristig eine geplante Aktivität aus Sicherheitsgründen abzusagen. Für die objektive Einschätzung ist die Veranstalterin in Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Experten zuständig. Kann der Anlass aus elementaren Gründen (Wetter, Wind etc.) sicherheitshalber nicht durchgeführt werden, be- schränkt sich eine Entschädigung auf die Deckung allfälliger Kosten Dritter. Die Veranstalterin setzt alles daran, ein passendes Alternativprogramm zu organisieren. Die daraus entstehenden Kosten sind ohne explizite Rücksprache durch den Kunden zu tragen. Übersteigen die anfallenden Kosten des Alter- nativprogramms jene der ursprünglich geplanten Aktivität, ist der Kunde darüber in Kenntnis zu setzen. Kann ein Anlass aus den oben erwähnten Gründen nicht durchgeführt werden, entstehen keinerlei Schadensersatz- ansprüche von Seiten des Kunden. 8. Teilnahmebedingungen Eine gute Gesundheit ist bei allen Aktivitäten Voraussetzung. Der Kunde verpflichtet sich, die Veranstalterin über allfällige gesundheitliche Probleme von Teilnehmern vollumfänglich in Kenntnis zu setzen. Die Teilnahme an einer Aktivität unter Einfluss von Alkohol, Drogen oder bewusstseinserweiternden Medikamenten ist untersagt. Die Teilnehmer sind verpflichtet, sich an die Teilnahmebedingungen zu halten und den Weisungen der Veranstalte- rin, deren Führer oder Hilfspersonal strikte Folge zu leisten. Die Veranstalterin behält sich dabei vor, fehlbare Teilneh- mer von der Aktivität auszuschliessen. Dabei entsteht keine Forderung auf Preisminderung. 9. Beanstandungen Entstehen Beanstandungen oder Schäden während der Aktivitäten, sind diese in schriftlicher Form sofort dem jewei- ligen Aktivitätsleiter zu melden. Dieser wird bemüht sein, im Rahmen des Programms unentgeltlich Abhilfe zu schaf- fen. Er ist allerdings nicht befugt, im Namen der Veranstalterin Forderungen anzuerkennen. Schadenersatzansprüche aus Nichterfüllung des Vertrags sind bis 30 Tage nach dem Anlass mittels eingeschriebe- nem Brief der Veranstalterin zu melden. Beweisgegenstände inklusive der Bestätigung des Aktivitätsleiters sind beizu- legen. 10. Versicherung Die Veranstalterin ist im Rahmen der Sorgfaltspflicht für ihre Tätigkeit versichert. Die Teilnehmer sind durch die Veran- stalterin nicht versichert und haben selber für eine ausreichende Kranken- und Unfallversicherung zu sorgen. 11. Haftung Die Veranstalterin haftet im Rahmen dieser allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen für Mängel oder einen Ausfall bei der Durchführung der Aktivität, soweit diese objektiv nachweisbar und durch den Kunden belegt werden. Für Programmänderungen infolge Zug-, Bus- oder Flugverspätungen übernimmt die Veranstalterin keine Haftung. Die Veranstalterin übernimmt für ihren Kunden die Vermittlung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen anderer Anbie- ter (z.B. Transport, Gastronomie). Aus dieser Vermittlertätigkeit kann die Haftung für Vertragserfüllung, Unfälle, Ver- spätungen etc. unter Berücksichtigung der Regelungen für Pauschalreisen nicht übernommen werden. 12. Leistungen Dritter Die Veranstalterin ist berechtigt, ohne explizite Rücksprache mit dem Kunden verschiedene Dienstleistungen von Drittanbietern zu beziehen. Unter diese Dienstleistungen fallen insbesondere: Durchführung von Transporten, Gastro- nomie, Ausmietung von Hilfsmaterial, Übernachtung und Ähnliches. Die Veranstalterin ist berechtigt, neben der Weiterverrechnung der entstandenen Kosten eine Entschädigung von 10% der in Rechnung gestellten Kosten zu erheben. Leistungen Dritter sind in Offerte und Auftragsbestätigung separat aufzuführen. 13. Anwendbares Recht, Gerichtsstand Auf die Rechtbeziehungen zwischen Ihnen und der Veranstalterin ist ausschliesslich schweizerisches Recht anwend- bar. Für Klagen gegen die Veranstalterin wird die ausschliessliche Zuständigkeit der Gerichte der Landschaft Davos vereinbart. 14. Bilderrechte Die Veranstalterin behält sich vor, an Anlässen Fotografien zu erstellen und diese uneingeschränkt für eigene Zwe- cke zu verwenden (z.B. Drucksachen, Internet etc.).
