KNOWLEDGE BAR FORMAT Located on the exhibition floor, Knowledge Bars, are a great opportunity for companies to present and interact with potential customers. Presentations will allow conference and exhibition visitors an opportunity to learn about the latest trends and innovations and hear about ground-breaking solutions from industry leaders and exhibitors. The Knowledge Bar format is an intimate and interactive way for individuals to present to a smaller audience. Each accepted presenter will be given a 30-minute time slot for a 20-minute presentation and 10-minute Q&A. Presenters will be provided a monitor for visuals along with the opportunity to bring hands-on items to supplement your presentation. WHO SHOULD SUBMIT We encourage all companies in the manufacturing realm who have an interesting new technology or process to submit an expression of interest in presenting. Presentations should be based on case studies and describe how to solve a specific problem rather than be used as a pure sales pitch. The following list of categories and themes are provided as a general guideline. In the online submission form, please select one of the four main categories closest to your topic. If your topic does not fall under one of these categories, please select “Other” in the online form and the technical committee will review to see if it is appropriate for this event. 1.
