BIG EASY PROPERTY IP Chargeability OPEN • IP/Resistivity Surveys BIG EASY completed in Winter 2018 • Chargeability highlighted Big Mx Chargeability (n=4), 25 & 50 m dipoles mV/V Easy and ET Zones in addition to 4+ km long chargeability anomaly New Targets across a 4 km marking major epithermal system Strike Length CENTRAL CENTRAL • Central Anomaly drilled in 2018 but only on edge due to anomaly being under a bog ET ZONE • Chargeability anomaly is open to the north and south OPEN 600 m 13
BIG EASY PROPERTY IP Chargeability – 2018 Drilling • Historic holes which returned gold • All three holes had a number of shorter mineralization are predominantly in lower grade sections associated with core of chargeability anomaly quartz veins • Hole BE-12-11 returned 1.1 g Au/t over • 2018 Hole BE-18-29 tested down plunge 4.2m, BE-14-18 3.86 g Au/t over 0.3m extension of chargeability anomaly – and BE 14-19 6.23g Au/t over 0.2m 0.45 g Au/t & 84.5 g Ag/ t over 10.6m Big Easy Chargeability 14
BIG EASY PROPERTY 2018 Fall Drilling Central Anomaly • Hole BE18-31 intersected a wide zone of silicification, hematite alteration & quartz veining returning 0.11 g Au/t & 2.65 g Ag/t over 180.4m BOG BE18-31 0.07 g Au/t & 1.05 g Ag/t over 80.6m BE18-30 BE18-32 0.11 g Au/t & 2.65 g Ag/t 0.07 g Au/t & 3.73 g Ag/t over 180.4m over 31.1m 15
BIG EASY PROPERTY 2020 Program • Received drilling permit for Central Anomaly drilling for Winter 2020 but was not able to complete due to COVID-19 delays. • Geological mapping, prospecting and soil geochemical surveys carried out in summer 2020. • Results very positive – outlined 20+km long target zone for epithermal gold mineralization • Located significant outcrop of weakly banded silicified cherty quartz in southern part of property – most likely siliceous sinter part of a silica cap • Low amplitude gold anomalies 10-18ppb in soils along target zone • Located float boulders of quartz along target zone 16
New Helicopter-borne Magnetic Survey • Helicopter-borne magnetic survey flown for New Sense Geophysics Ltd. by Newfoundland Helicopters over the southern half of the property • Two major magnetic trends outlined, West and East Trends, 19km and 20km long, respectively, each with a number of elongated magnetic highs that likely reflect intrusive rocks not previously recognized in this area. • West Trend is likely southerly extension of Big Easy-Central Anomaly-ET trend. • East Trend reflects two major intersecting structures that coalesce in the area of the weakly banded, cherty, quartz outcrop where anomalous gold values were found in soils 17
NEW IP/RESISTIVITY SURVEY • MES geophysics of St. John’s, NL completed 6 recce IP/Res lines spaced 400m apart for 24.5 line-km. • Two areas of significant chargeability outlined across all six lines. • These anomalies are associated with resistivity lows flanking the east and west contacts of a broad zone of higher resistivity. • East anomaly coincides with the Au-in-soil geochem gold peak • No soil data is available for west anomaly due to wet conditions 18
OUR APPROACH GOING FORWARD If you want to find a big deposit, get into a big system – Big Easy is a BIG SYSTEM. WHAT WE KNOW WHAT WE DON’T KNOW • Major low sulphidation epithermal • Where are the sweet spots in system with general NNE-SSW strike the system? • Significant gold mineralization is • Is there potential for multiple associated with major IP chargeability centres of epithermal gold anomalies mineralization along this major structure? • Two very prospective major magnetic trends, 19km & 20km long, outlined. • What are the structural controls? • Most of prospective area is covered by • Project continues to advance but bogs and lakes/ponds hence geophysics much further exploration is & drilling will be very important required to fully evaluate. 19
OUR PLAN IN 2021 • Cartier financed for • More IP surveys planned this 2,000 m winter winter on major magnetic trends in diamond drilling southern part of property focussing program on intrusive contacts and silica cap target. • Fully permitted for winter drilling program to • Considering doing CSAMT survey to test core of Central gain more depth appreciation Anomaly • Summer-fall 2021 drill program to • Drilling planned to test new test best anomalies/targets & further IP anomalies – permits ground follow-up pending THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR IN EXPLORATION IS PERSISTENCE! STAY TUNED! 20
