• Registrations should ideally be Registration taken electronically • Keep in mind I will need your participant list submitted the Tuesday prior to the start of the Countdown on an excel type spreadsheet format: first name, last name, email, cell phone. • Send participants to my website (which will link to your individual registration) • Boosts your credibility • Helps them know they are part of something nationwide • Allows them to be inspired by others’ Success Stories and get FAQs answered • My site will link to your website or Google-form link for registration • Square or PayPal (or your facility’s system) to collect payment
Time Determine pricing based on your add-ons. to How do you plan to take registration? • I suggest online registration only, as email typos/legibility issues Decide abound on hand-written registrations. • Your group will have a link on my website homepage that directs your participants to your site (or email). • The tab on my homepage where it currently says “I’m interested,” will say “Register” and your linkable business will be listed there to take participants directly to your registration link.
Pre-filled Sample Customizable Form Linkable Registration Form Option Want to use a ready-to-roll Google Form for registration, but not be troubled with creating your own? • order the form with the order due Thursday, and we will send you the Google doc that is ready to use with key terms and fields • you can fill in any "blanks" to customize it for your purposes • this will make for an easy one-click participant list submission (due the week before the Countdown starts) • you just need to create a free Google account if you don’t already have one (Gmail not required)
Frequently Asked Questions • Visit our Facilitator’s Guide link for a FAQ sheet to print and keep on hand to aid in answering participants' questions (provide copy to front-desk employees, etc.) • this will also be on the website on the Registration page (currently the "Interested" tab/page)
Kick-Off • This can be a drop-in for a set number of hours (4-8 pm for example). Or, you may want to appoint times for 10-15 minute blocks to assess the pre-registrants. • consider using a booking app like Calendly or Google Sheets • I suggest this be held between the Thursday and Sunday prior to the Countdown • allows time to read the first 30 pages of the book before we start the Countdown • close enough to the start date that their assessment metrics are relevant

Pricing/cost example • to run the Countdown, expect each participant to take roughly 2.5 hours of your time over 8 weeks (your time commitment will decrease a little each week) • this base-time is spent on the Kick-off, initial questions/ start-up, and quick Facebook check ins • make sure your hourly rate is covered in your price before factoring in your add-ons or extra support • Example: (in this example, the Facilitator makes $25/hour for the time spent coordinating the program) • 10 participants (25 hours of your time) • PLUS program (cost is $133 per person) • Your rate for coordinating program: $25/hour (example) • 25 hours at $25/hour=$625 minimum to you • $625 divided by 10 participants means it costs $62.50 per person for your staff time. So, the cost is $133 (products)+$62.50 (staff time)=$195.50 • So, if you charge $299 per person the program, for example, you have ~$103.50 extra dollars per person to use for add-ons/ profit, AFTER paying for materials and covering your hourly rate

Best Body Tickets • Upcoming trainings expand on the how-tos • Participants earn tickets by completing simple tasks and posting the corresponding photo on set days • They are given an extra day to post their photo and the following day a winner is posted (selected at random) • Reminders are sent • Prizes are health-promoting and valued at $20 (I ship them to the winner). Consider offering a prize at your site each time (10 total over the 52 days). • See ticket dates on calendar being sent (use as a Success Journal bookmark)
