                                      INTRODUCTION
                        The Bere Heath Estate is an exceptional agricultural
                        portfolio and presents a rare opportunity to purchase an
                        Estate of this scale and diversity in the South of England.

                        A diversiied farming estate which includes a portfolio of 18

                        Mainline rail access to London Waterloo is via Wool train
                        station, approximately 1.5 miles from the Estate and the
                        journey time takes approximately 2.5 hours. The closest
                        airport is Bournemouth which is about 25 miles east from
                        the Estate. Southampton Airport is approximately 50 miles
                        east from the Estate.

COURT FARM AND LAND
AT LOWER WOODBURY
About 412.69 acres
A let productive arable and pasture farm with modern and traditional farm
buildings located on the southern outskirts of Bere Regis. The farm is let on an FBT until
28th September 2020 together with two other co-terminus FBT bare land lettings. The
properties include a pair of Grade II Listed, semi-detached cottages let on an AST and
Rent Act tenancy as well as allotments which are licensed to local residents.
The cottages and part of Court Farm together with part of the farm stead is designated as
a Scheduled Monument. The monument includes a medieval manorial settlement at Court
